Hi everyone! I was just about to share one of my old custom rabbit hole builds but when I took another look, I realized it contains around 200 CC's which may not be suitable for gameplay for some players. So, I went ahead and rebuilt it on a smaller lot with fewer CC's.

This was only for the police department and I'm dreading the day I have to check my custom hospital lot because I totally remembered I had a morgue with dead bodies in it.🤭

For this lot, I've reduced the number of CC to 30! Now that I'm slowly introducing CC to my lots, I've decided to create a new WCIF Navigation page to make each post neater and to help others check CC more easily for every lot, as well as crediting the amazing TS3 creators.

To respect the terms of use (TOU) of all creators, I won't include the custom contents (CCs) in my download file. Instead, I will always provide their direct links so that you all have the option to download them separately. I have followed this practice since the beginning as a creator and will continue to do so in the future.

📣 Please note that I've offered alternative links for the rabbit hole doors/rugs because I have an older version of the game so I'm currently using an older version of the rabbit hole as well. I've placed the rabbit hole room on the first floor and used a door for a "Chief/Boss showroom" but you can remove the objects if you plan to use a rug instead.

I updated my details above, particularly the 'Minimum Required Game Version' because it seems that some may not understand that this lot can still be played with new versions/patches. :)

This lot has been play-tested, including the RH door, which works fine. The d��cor inside the room won't affect it so you can keep it as is. As for the rug, it fits inside the room but you may need to remove the objects inside to ensure there are no obstacles when Sims enter it. Let me know if you experience any problems on your end!

Hello everyone! This project was meant to be for my own personal use but I decided to share with the community. I'm not sure if anyone would find it useful but I mainly created this as a stepping stone to quickly advance in either the Inventor, Painter or Sculptor careers as well as complete the Descendant of da Vinci lifetime wish.

This is for Sims who wants to pursue their passion for the arts (sculpting, inventing and painting) but does not have enough funds to kickstart all three at the same time.

With this part-time, they get shorter working hours and a weekly stipend of at least §360‬/week, which can help with the bills at the start and improve the quality of their work as they increase their skills to sell their creations at a higher price.

Career Features:

The YCA Program was initially planned as a workshop hosted by the school and scheduled for weekends but it was changed to resemble more of an afterschool club. The active Sim will teach students and this change allows you to earn more during weekdays compared to the previous setup.

You don't need the Generations expansion pack; I have only set the time to coincide with the Afterschool Club, which usually starts at 2-4 PM but the Ambitions expansion pack is required for this to work.

I have created only three levels: Lecturer, Instructor and Coordinator, and also nine custom tones that focus on increasing all three skills in each level. All descriptions for the levels, tones and metrics as well as skills required, salary, uniforms and other details are provided on the pictures above.

Please note that the Gives Lecture tone in this career is different from the Education career and I already tried using the same tone EA used but I never received any bonus of §200/lecture when I tested it so it may not work for part-times.

Hello! This is one of my earlier builds - a beloved bar that has become a mainstay in my gameplay. It's been a hotspot for countless bachelor and bachelorette parties, witnessing its fair share of wild antics and unforgettable moments.

Named after one of my favorite shows, Supernatural, this bar draws inspiration from the iconic Roadhouse. However it does not mirror the original blueprint of the bar and I've given it a different look to better suit the worlds I typically play in.

Featuring four bedrooms upstairs, perfect for tired Sims or those seeking a bit of privacy (wink, wink), each room offers something different: two singles, one standard and even a vampire exclusive room.

It has decent parking at the back, a variety of games for added fun, a professional bar, lively music and plenty of seating.

The work days for this internship are scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays due to Thursday is considered as a holiday if you have the Seasons expansion pack and School Newspaper Club meetings are on Wednesdays and Fridays if you have the Generations expansion pack.

This career was made with patch 1.42 and it should work for higher patches as long as you have the latest version of NRAAS Careers Mod. Please be advised that you will need NRAAS Careers Mod for this career to show up in the game, click here.

📣Upon reaching level three in their internship, teens will be promoted to level six as Investigative Reporters in the Journalism career. Those who attain only level two will advance to level four as Professional Bloggers while teens at level one will not receive any career advancement.

To secure a promotion, teens must remain in their internship before or after transitioning to young adults. After applying to Journalism via normal methods, a prompt (see picture above for reference) will appear. Click 'check' and they will receive a notification of promotion if done correctly.

I have tested this career in my game, so far it is working and all scripts are showing up. The only thing I noticed is that the icon for the internship in the careers/metrics tab appears darker compared to the icon shown in notifications. Despite adjusting the icon size to 24x24 (required size), it persists with the same appearance.

If you prefer the second or third apartments, please enable “testingcheatsenabled true”, “RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings Off” and “buydebug on” after to remove the Hidden Room Markers and place it to the other room you will not be using. Don't forget to remove the NPC Door tag by holding CTRL + SHIFT and click on the door to select the "Unmake NPC Door" option.

This lot has been play-tested however I noticed that Sims tend to prioritize using nearby objects. For example, if you're on the first floor and select the elevator to go up, the Sim will opt for the nearest option, which is the stairs versus if you select the third floor, Sims will then choose the elevator.

Hello Simblr community! I'm sharing one of my recent builds, a Daycare center and it is the first time I ever built one. I never really played around with the daycare career nor am I interested in dealing with toddlers. I always tend to have short lifespans for babies and toddlers just enough days for them to learn all life skills.

Since the daycare career is only applicable for active sims, I've set this lot to residential or tagged it as a home business and as I also wanted to fully explore the capabilities of the career, I've included many store contents for toddlers/children.

I listed all the items used in this lot along with their respective set for reference and click on the set name for the links. I'm not sure if The Sims 3 Store still works but I think a few popular Tumblr accounts like Blam's EA Store still have links that offer their store content for download.

The Daycare center features a waiting room where parents can drop off their children and the main room is where the majority of the activities will occur. There's a learning area for children to finish their homework, a playroom and reading area to increase their fun.

Toddler essentials such as playpen, baby swings, xylophone, pegbox or even the toddler walker are available along with a changing and bathing station. A separate bathroom for the children is inside the main room as well for easier access.

The Sims Wiki mentioned that toddlers rarely or never sleep during daycare but I still placed a nursery in case it gets too much and you can put them down for a minute to tend to others with a baby monitor in case they get fussy.

I have set the activity table to the side so it doesn't get crowded in the middle but you can move it before the children comes especially once you will handle four toddlers.

📣Please note that there are Public Room Markers placed to areas for the 'Daycare Center' and three rooms for the active Sim (apartment with own bathroom, small living area and bedroom plus the kitchen). This is to help the active Sim focus on their career without worrying about bills for the entire apartment.

The Public Room Markers were made to base game at some point so if your game is patched, you would not require the Late Night expansion pack but a few decors will be replaced by the game.

📣If you want to move things anywhere at the daycare center, please enable “testingcheatsenabled true” and “RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings Off” after. If you want to place more markers, enable “buydebug on” as well.

Hey everyone! It's a great day to share one of my earlier builds, Sandy Shores Beach, which I originally created for a small world that I typically prefer for gameplay. Initially placed on a smaller lot, I decided to move it instead to Sunset Valley and placed it at the Recurve Stand lot.

This beach lot features an outdoor bar with tables overlooking the beach, perfect for romantic dates, as well as picnic tables with barbecue grills for Sims who enjoy cooking their own food.

Additionally, there are outdoor chess tables for entertainment, picnic blankets to get away from the crowd, lounges and a sandbox for children to play in. There's plenty of space for activities like ball games, tag or just running around.

I have checked the empty or existing beach lots with other worlds I currently have and it can fit in Twinbrook (42x52) and Appaloosa Plains (40x55) though you may need to use the Soften Terrain tool to smooth it out a bit for easier Sim navigation.

📣Please be aware that there are spawners used on this lot thus I would advise to not rotate the Beach Lot to avoid duplicate spawners and remove spawners when the lot is deleted due to them remaining on the empty lot. To check and remove spawners, enable “testingcheatsenabled true” and “buydebug on” after.

I've also included Public Picnic Spots, which will appear when using the same cheat codes mentioned above. Feel free to use the dropper tool to copy and place more picnic spots on the lot.

📣Please also note the required expansions pack listed in the Lot Details above especially those that uses the build items such as floors, columns and wallpaper, the lot would not show up in your game if you don't have those unfortunately. For the rest ,they are mostly décor which will automatically be replaced in your game.

For my first career for TS3, I decided to go with the Call Center path which I was already familiar with due to my previous job working at one. This is a vanilla career; meaning no opportunities, events, books nor custom uniforms because those are a lot harder to deal with for a first timer.

This career was made with patch 1.42 and it should work for higher patches as long as you have the latest version of NRAAS Careers Mod. Please be advised that you will need NRAAS Careers Mod for this career to show up in the game, click here.

The career is based at the Business and Journalism rabbit hole with the same uniforms used for the Business career, for female Sims refer to the picture above and male Sims click here for reference. This career focuses mostly on the Charisma skill at the start, which then adds the Logic skill as the career advances to leadership roles.

I have renamed all typical tones such as Power Work and Take It Easy, etc. and have added three custom tones called: Practice Call Scripts, Conduct Evaluation and Strategy Review that will increase charisma and logic respectively.

Unfortunately, they will have sparse furnishings due to the limited budget of §16,500 but there is enough space to redecorate once the money starts to come in for the family. All of them are suitable for a single Sim or a couple who want a fresh start in a new town or want to start a family, complete with basic furniture and appliances.

One of the houses contains a small laundry area with just a washer and clothes dryer outside, as well as parking for one car. The second house does have a garage but it lacks the Car-Spot Parking Space due to budget constraints. The third house doesn't have a garage or a laundry room, but it is suitable for four Sims.

Hi all! I just realized that most of my builds so far has been community lots and this time I'm back with another one. I find it easier to build community lots and always had fun in creating a bunch of custom rabbit holes for my Sims.

Anyways, this lot is a Salon from The Sims 3 Ambitions but I leaned more towards a Creative Hub instead. Here, you'll find a Tattoo Parlor for the The Ink-in-Comfort 3000, a couture store for the Fuss No muss Styling Station, an interior design business for the The Drafting Table by Scuzzmarr Industries and a small café for a hungry Sim.

I only placed one item for each of the objects I mentioned to avoid unnecessary spawning of service/homeless Sims in your game. There is space for more of those if you'd like; you just need to move things a bit to make it fit.

There is one piece of store content and one CC as well, for which I have provided a link in the Details section above. These items are not included in the download, nor are they required and are mostly décor which will automatically be replaced in your game if you choose not to include them.

The Ambitions expansion pack is required for the Salon lot to work in your game. This lot has been play-tested and I’ve used it in a few of my saved games. Let me know if you experience any problems on your end.

I'm back with another renovation of a residential lot from Sunset Valley, once known as Sur La Page and owned by Gobias Koffi. I know I have been posting a lot of residential renovations lately but these lots have been in my folders for a long time now and I just wanted to share a few of them.

This lot was previously described as a 'Modern living at the beach' thus I stuck to a modern beach house design with plenty of large windows and a coastal interior style featuring lighter tones of blue, green and beige. If you spot a pink accent somewhere in the house, it's because it's Koffi's favorite color so I've added it sparingly.

The original house name Sur La Plage means 'on the beach' in French so I've renamed the lot to another French phrase Vie moderne à la plage meaning 'Modern beach life'.

This lot is base game compatible, so no expansion packs were used. It’s a fully furnished house ideal for a single Sim featuring one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a powder room, a spacious living room, a kitchen dining area, a carport and a backyard with a small garden and pool.

With Gobias Koffi having 133,985 in family funds, he’ll be able to comfortably afford this house if you decide to place him here.

This lot has been play-tested and I’ve used it in one of my saved games. Let me know if you experience any problems on your end.

Hello! I created this lot a long time ago when I wanted to place a consignment store in Sunset Valley but didn't really liked the premade lot EA provided because it was too big and a consignment lot was not a priority for my active family at the time.

I cleaned this lot of CC clutter and kept it strictly for Ambitions expansion pack, which is required for the consignment lot to work in your game.

This is a flat lot with a size of 10x10, making it easier to place in any world or flat surface.

For some reason, this lot is popular with inactive sims and it can get a little crowded. So I removed anything that requires them to linger in that small space (television, radios, gaming tech) except for the small bookcase in the corner. I placed two couches upstairs for them to use and it's mostly decor on the second floor with a "dressing room".

This lot has been play-tested and I've used it in all my saved games. Let me know if you experience any problems on your end.

This took me a while to finish because I had to make some last-minute changes to a few rooms and remove a few ideas that were already present in other community lots. This is also my first attempt at a modern build, so I kept second-guessing if it looked okay or not and wasn't entirely satisfied with some aspects, which took a longer time to complete.

I decided to create a community center that focuses on skill improvement, especially for those sims who may not have the means to acquire the necessary objects for skill-building.

There is an on-site nursery where parents can leave their children, complete with a custom playpen for toddlers to prevent wandering and toys to keep them occupied while also increasing their logic and music skills. Additionally, there's a 'pretend' changing area for toddlers or you can replace the counters with a Dirty No More Changing And Bathing Station from The Sims 3 Store, if preferred.

I placed bookcases containing toddler books in the nursery and skill books in the small library.

There is also a function room with a Buffet Table if ever they get hungry and unfortunately this lot can't be used for destination, birthday or campaign parties due to the lot is set as "Visitors Allowed". However, you can change the lot type if you'd like to host a party here to any of the following lots stated in this Wiki here.

You can also change the Soccer Goal to a Rim Rockin' Basketball Hoop from the The Sims 3 Store if you like that one better, I made sure that their sizes fit in that area.
