Hi everyone! I was just about to share one of my old custom rabbit hole builds but when I took another look, I realized it contains around 200 CC's which may not be suitable for gameplay for some players. So, I went ahead and rebuilt it on a smaller lot with fewer CC's.

This was only for the police department and I'm dreading the day I have to check my custom hospital lot because I totally remembered I had a morgue with dead bodies in it.🤭

For this lot, I've reduced the number of CC to 30! Now that I'm slowly introducing CC to my lots, I've decided to create a new WCIF Navigation page to make each post neater and to help others check CC more easily for every lot, as well as crediting the amazing TS3 creators.

To respect the terms of use (TOU) of all creators, I won't include the custom contents (CCs) in my download file. Instead, I will always provide their direct links so that you all have the option to download them separately. I have followed this practice since the beginning as a creator and will continue to do so in the future.

📣 Please note that I've offered alternative links for the rabbit hole doors/rugs because I have an older version of the game so I'm currently using an older version of the rabbit hole as well. I've placed the rabbit hole room on the first floor and used a door for a "Chief/Boss showroom" but you can remove the objects if you plan to use a rug instead.

I updated my details above, particularly the 'Minimum Required Game Version' because it seems that some may not understand that this lot can still be played with new versions/patches. :)

This lot has been play-tested, including the RH door, which works fine. The décor inside the room won't affect it so you can keep it as is. As for the rug, it fits inside the room but you may need to remove the objects inside to ensure there are no obstacles when Sims enter it. Let me know if you experience any problems on your end!

This upload is inspired by one of my favorite vampire tv shows, What We Do in the Shadows. (It was supposed to be my Simblreen gift this year, but I'm hella late cuz IRL suuuuuucks...blood. 😅)

The DL folder includes 4 zip files:

My WWDITS INSP CC Set, including 37 wives items.

The WWDITS INSP Vampire Residence Lot to go in your Sims 3 > Library folder (in-game it'll be in the empty lots bin in Edit Mode)

A MERGED CC file of allllll the other CC I used on the lot (brace yourselves 💀) to go in your Sims 3 > Mods > Packages folder

Granthe's OMSP from MTS, cuz I wasn't sure if I could merge it or not and decided to play it safe.

WARNING: The lot uses a ton of CC. I have all of the EPs, and a lot of the Store CC too, so if you don't have EA's crap & items are missing, that might be why. But if you're not seeing any of the the 3rd party UGC, then I done goofed, sorry--it's been YEARS since I've shared my lots.

This house was made for Generation 2 of The Sims 3 Store Legacy Challenge, made by the fantastic Amburgundy (@amburgundy)! 💙 It has ALL the items your Gen. 2 heir will need in order to complete the rules for that generation.

As it's furnished, it does require a fair bit of store content, which I've included a masterlist of below. 👇

*In addition, we found out in testing that the files must be Blamsea store content, otherwise it will not properly transfer the sets/furniture.

Key House

Based on the house from the Netflix series Locke & Key.

Built with all expansion packs and most stuff packs installed (except Diesel stuff and High End Loft stuff), and some items from Midnight Hollow (spires) and the Now & Then Century Manor (mansard roofs) were used. Most of the mansard roofs are from the Mighty Mansard Redux set at Mod the Sims, and those package files are included in the zip. Place all included package files into the mods folder. All other CC installs with the house.

Technically this house does not have a pool... Just technically. If the officials ask: THIS HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE A POOL.

264 Portola Drive Private Pool

A newer law made it mandatory for plots of land to be rectangular. While everybody else obeys the law, the filthy rich are at it again. This pool is directly linked to 263 Portola Drive. Making use of a grey area in housing laws.

This is one of those houses that are really hard to show from just one side. It actually consists of two seperate lots because the weird shape of the plot makes it necessary. Don’t know yet what implications this has for gameplay but yeah

Did you know that in reality these houses are next to each other but in GTA they are further apart. I reunited them. (Also in reality the goth house is on the right I think)

Like the entirety of the world, all shown lots are not even remotely done. If you have any suggestions for these let me know! Especially when it comes to interior. I feel like interior is the hardest part since you never really know what they look like on the inside. You can just guess. Anybody here who knows the real life owner of Goth House? What does it look like on the inside?

I FINALLY FOUND THE ORIGINAL POSTER OF THIS LOT! It is here for those who want this in their Sims 3 game.

Right, so I did not build this lot.

It's a Sims 3 build that I cannot find to download again! So, this is an effort to see if a) anybody recognoises this work and can point me in the right direction and b) so I can properly credit the original creator!

It was unfurnished when downloaded and came with these pictures in a separate folder, along with the Sims3Pack file.

📣Please note that there are Hidden Room Markers placed on the second and third apartments thus once you place the lot in your game, the available room for purchase will be the first apartment. I have also set the second and third apartment doors to NPC so any homeless/service Sims will use those to 'go home'.

If you prefer the second or third apartments, please enable “testingcheatsenabled true”, “RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings Off” and “buydebug on” after to remove the Hidden Room Markers and place it to the other room you will not be using. Don't forget to remove the NPC Door tag by holding CTRL + SHIFT and click on the door to select the "Unmake NPC Door" option.

This lot has been play-tested however I noticed that Sims tend to prioritize using nearby objects. For example, if you're on the first floor and select the elevator to go up, the Sim will opt for the nearest option, which is the stairs versus if you select the third floor, Sims will then choose the elevator.

The Sims 3 Resort Lot - The Palazzo Monte Vista Resort

The first lot I'd like to share. It's the Palazzo Monte Vista Resort! I spent almost a week working on this lot. It has 11 VIP suites, a resort tower, wedding venue, 3 lounges (one outdoors!), 2 buffets, a pool area, party area, spa with sauna, hot tubs, roof top with one of the lounges and DJ/dance area as well as grilling. My story behind this is that it was once a palazzo owned by one of Monte Vista's oldest families, now turned into a luxury resort. I basically took the Much Espresso Cafe hangout that EA had on this lot and gutted the structures, keeping most of the outer wall structures and repurposing them. It was a lot of fun designing all the little areas sims could spend time in.

I'd love to post this lot to share with folks. Once I figure that out, I'll be sure to do so. I only used Sims 3 expansion pack and store content, no CC.
