Stay safe! Most injuries happen because of the following: 鈥ack of good sleep 鈥tarving for too long 鈥ot enough resting days 鈥enerally not feeling well/illness When training in any of the body and mind states above our chances of getting injured are much higher than normal. If you really want to workout despite that i strongly recomment you to Not do exercises with heavy Weight. Focus on easier exercises with higher intensity and no weight to get the training results and stay safe. I hope you take that advice seriously. Trying to lose weight? - you must understand this one simple science Fact Forget about any type of snacking between your meals! It鈥檚 simple guys. Fat is a proper fuel for our cells and if utilised right it can be very beneficial. But here is the thing: When we digest food our Insulin levels spike high and that blocks the ability of our cells to burn fat. It鈥檚 simple as that. You have to leave a good 3-4 hours time between your meals in which you take only water, coffee, tea and basically drinks that need no digesting. That time is needed so your stomach finishes the digesting process and your insulin levels drop after that. The whole process can take hours depending on what food and how much you eat.
