I b!nged like a p!ggy today so I can’t post a wieiad it was too embarrassing. I ended with almost 1k cals. I’m on my period but that’s not an excuse. If I was a good an0r3x!c I wouldn’t have a period. Anyways, I have fencing tomorrow but I’m still going to try and fast for 48hrs because I don’t wanna gain weight. :((

A little more than usual but I have 3hr fencing classes on Sundays and Thursdays so I eat more

My Safe Foods~
-Cauliflower rice (110cals per 2.5 cups)
-Quest Protein cookies (90cals per cookie but it helps with cravings)
-Chicken pouch Sams Club (170cals per pouch and its a good dinner)
-Hard-Boiled Eggs (60cals per egg)
-Freeze-dried fruit (60cals per bag and is a good sweet treat)
-Sara Lee Keto Bread (45cals per slice, makes good toast)
And in general meat, vegetables, and fruit are safe in small portions
