Each Residence Halls’ first two floors are dormitories, and the third floor provides space for a commons, laundry room, kitchenette, and game room. There are gender neutral community bathrooms at the end of each residence floor. It is asked that quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am every day.

Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, full bathroom, and a laundry area.

*Staff apartments are open to staff only, and house one to two tenants, depending on the circumstance.

**Student apartments are open to married couples, or students over the age of 21. Space is limited as there are only 16 apartments.

Headcanon

When building the school, @angelapetrelli and @strausstracy used their connections in New York to buy out almost all the empty land in Prosepect Park between East Dr and Prospect Park West. It’s why the school is surrounded by a lot of forest and well secluded in such a large city. 

The school grounds, halfway through the remaining forest, are fenced off so the public can still access the rest of the park without disturbing the school or Fortis.

Due to an anti-specials riot starting outside the main gate, we’ve closed all incoming and outgoing traffic to the school. 

Everyone is to report to the Fortis building for security reasons and further instructions. Bring any valuables and means of communication with you. Food and shelter will be provided until the threat is gone.

Announcement || V8 W2 || Thursday Morning

ATTENTION STUDENTS

Due to the explosion at Manhattan Mall yesterday afternoon, all exams are postponed. They will resume Monday and Tuesday next week (W3). In addition, the school's end of the year dance has been moved to next Wednesday Evening (W3).

Please take this time to contact any loved ones who might have been hurt in the explosion and until further notice, try to stay on campus for your own safety. With the knowledge that it was caused by a Special, there have been reports of riots starting. If leaving campus, take caution and DO NOT use your ability in public.
