Modern News [Article]

I spent a long long time on this article code because I got inspired by all these other article codes (probably like 10) and decided to create my own from scratch using a mixture of css and html which can be hard if you aren’t very experienced in css compared to html. The article name moves (I used the marquee thing) but you can remove that as easily as the bold and italic code things.  I hope someone likes and enjoys it! :D
