An illustration of my original character Apaera, at their time away from home when the deity they used to worship called back to them. The illustration shows a dark skinned person with ghastly silver eye knelt at a pier with a black dog by their side. Behind them light seems to be struggling to break the horizon.

I am very happy with this background and it’s one of the first pieces I worked on with a certain background in mind as there is story to this whole piece.

Fresh art from just this week submitted to the bards4bard challenge. Link to JoCat’s video here. I normally post biweekly, but I was very excited to submit a newer piece.

The image pictures my Kalashtar bard, Melk, who recently changed colleges to college of spirits. She is drawn sitting cross-legged, with a silver stringed instrument over her lap. There is a faint magical aura surrounding her which is mirrored in her eyes. Above her, her Quori ancestor appears in the form of a translucent fox.
