One Piece Ch. 955
Act 2 of Wano is finally over! We’re finally starting act 3 in the next chapter. I’m super excited. I think act 2 dragged on for way too long. I think the last 5 chapters were the best chapters out of act 2.
We learned a lot in One Piece ch.955. But I think the most important thing we learned is the identity of the mole. I know for awhile Oda has been trying to make us think its Law. But it’s definitely not. I’ll tell you why. The biggest clue is Lady Hiyori.
In this chapter Kinemon and the red scabbards found out that Lady Hiyori is alive. Law wasn’t around to find out about it. Kinemon stated that he hasn’t spoken to Law in awhile. Which means that Law doesn’t have access to the latest alliance updates. Which means that he doesn’t know that Lady Hiyori is alive.
How could Law have told Orochi that she’s alive? On top of that Orochi knew where she was. The traitor is someone who knew Lady Hiyori was alive. Plus knew where she was. That doesn’t leave many suspects. It drastically reduces them. The only thing that makes sense to me is that the traitor is someone who Lady Hiyori trusts.
I think Lady Hiyori confided in someone she knew. Then that person went to Orochi and told them. I think that person is Denjiro. This makes the most sense to me. I think it’s also possible that Denjiro’s been a traitor since Oden was alive.
Overall great ending to Act 2. Let me know what you guys think? Who do you think the traitor is?

Shokugeki no Soma Final Chapter Discussion
I'm actually happy that Shokugeki no Soma reached its conclusion. This whole last story arc was total crap. It ruined the manga for me. I think that the anime is way better than the manga itself. I'm sorry but I still don't ship Erina and Soma. I never will. If you do that's fine but I never will. I just don't think they make a good match. Are they good rivals? Yes but in my opinion it takes way more than that to fall in love. Soma's main goal was always to beat his dad. Then take over the diner. He even states this himself in the final chapter. Erina's grandfather even states that his goal was to get her to be the best chef the Nakiri family ever produced. Soma points out to Erina that the person who she wants most tasting her food is her mom. Not Soma but her mom. That's the person she wants to please the most. Those are the things I want to see in the final 3 chapters. Was this chapter the best? No but it's a lot better than I thought it would be. Unless Soma and Erina actually kiss, confess or marry no they are not Canon. Sorry.

I completely agree!
50/50 but hopefully Soma and Erina never sails. Tsukuda ruined and sacrificed everything he set up in the series just to give spotlight/plot involvement solely on these 2. It’s like if he’s going to set fire on his own series, at least go down with what he wants to do, right? But in the other half, I hope they don’t get together after reading the last chapter before GIGA. Soma should just end up alone.
From the start till the end, I still don’t like Erina. She was tolerable midway but after that it goes downhill again. Erina fails Soma at the entry exam preventing him for pursuing his dream and attempts to get him expelled due to a petty grudge. I can’t think for a single moment where Erina actually goes out of her way to do something for Soma’s sake alone. The last chapter confirms it. She can’t shove back her pride just to say 2 simple words that Soma deserves hearing after he cooked for her sake.
She had 0 spine against her father and it’s the same with her mother. It takes everyone’s screen time just to get her back up. She’s always going on how strong and proud she is but when the situation calls for it, she becomes useless as hell.
She hardly ever interacts with the rest of the cast or get to know them personally either. She only knows them by profile. She treats her friends with less respect with the exception of a few people. An example would be abandoning Nikumi without ever apologizing or showing Takumi a respectful match. Tsukuda writes these characters like they have no problem with it which pisses me off cause everything Erina does is always blamed on something/someone else. It’s never her fault. She may admit to some of it but never has she owned up to them.
In the last arc especially is when her character goes a whole new low. She had the skills to beat Asahi but decides not to for her mother’s sake without even trying. She wanted to say Soma’s dish was delicious but decides to say disgusting. Erina has easily entered my least favourite characters list. Her negatives outweighs more than her positives

Glad for the three “epilogue” chapters because I thought the end we got was a TAD bit underwhelming (like what happened to the Blue competition? LOL). TBH though, I thought this arc was somewhat unnecessary especially with the whole superhuman-abilities kinda thing.
But it’s done~~~and the next anime season was announced too~~ ^^

One Piece 945 Discussion
I haven’t written a One Piece discussion in a long time. It honestly feels good to be back especially now that we are in Wano! Let me say that I absolutely love the cover page! I love seeing Boa right next to Luffy. I do ship them and think that they will end up together.
Speaking of ships who else ships Zoro and Lady Hiyori?! I haven’t shipped anyone so hard in so long! I absolutely love this pair! I think Oda did a great job of bringing them together. No one saw this coming at all! It is so out of Zoro’s character. He has never been the chivalrous type. That’s totally Sanji’s thing.
To see him rescuing her when he was just fighting Kiyoshiro is crazy! But I absolutely love it! It’s really romantic. On top of that Sanji’s reaction to it is classic! I think Zoro truly cares for her. I don’t see him ever being cold or distant with her. We all know that Lady Hiyori is totally in love by now.
I also wanted to talk about Ashura. I think he is going to show Kinemon something that caused him to lose faith and change. It’s not going to be something pleasant. Also, some people in the fandom think that Usopp is going to get captured and tortured. I mean it could happen. It seems like Oda is foreshadowing it. I hope it doesn’t happen.
I also think that somehow Law will rescue his crew and live. I don’t think Law will experience any loses at this point. I think it’s kind of too early. I can see it happening later on though. I don’t think Oda will have Hawkins be the one that potentially kills Law or anyone in his crew. I think someone who is higher up like Jack, King, Orochi, or Kaido will be the one to potentially do it.
Overall I loved the chapter. Let me know what you guys think about this chapter!

One Piece 923 Review

I have so many thoughts about One Piece chapter 923. First I love the cover photo for this week! It reminds me of the Kabuto episode from Gintama. I think it’s just a really adorable drawing! But sadly the cover photo is the only pleasant thing about chapter 923.
Kaido, in my opinion, is disgusting for laying his hands on an innocent little girl. I think this is something many people are overlooking. That image of Tama really broke my heart. I can’t even imagine how Luffy must have felt. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back. There was no way Luffy was going to let that go for the sake of the plan.
Despite what some people in the fandom think Luffy didn’t attack Kaido because of his ego. It wasn’t so he could become an emperor, or brag about taking one down. That might have been the case before getting to Wano but not now. It wasn’t because he thought he could easily defeat him either. He attacked Kaido because of what he did to his crew, and to Tama. Luffy himself stated that he has no idea if they are okay.
Since when has Luffy ever been scared of anyone? No matter what their status or strength was if he wanted to go after them he was going to. Kaido is no different. Yes, Kaido one shot him but people like shutenmaru were amazed that Luffy would even have the guts to go at Kaido like that. That’s what separates Luffy from the rest of the supernovas. He has the courage to do things they are too scared to do. I don’t think that’s a character trait that needs to change.

One Piece 921 Review
Personally I was shocked to see Kaido as a dragon. But it does clarify some things. Like how Big Mom called him a thing. It explains how he got to sky island. I think it partially explains why he is so formidable. I think we haven't seen everything when it comes to Kaido. This dragon form is just the tip of the iceberg.
My question is how is Luffy supposed to beat Kaido? He barely escaped Big Mom's clutches. How in the world is Kaido going to be any different? This story arc will be just as big as Marine ford if not bigger.
I think we will see the straw hats get reinforcement in Wano. We will definitely see some surprise appearances from characters we haven't seen in awhile. Cause there is no way Luffy and Law plus their crews can handle this on their own.
Overall I really love one piece chapter 921. I love that Wano isn't going to have a predictable ending. I love that it's hard to predict how or even if Kaido gets taken down. I think Oda is proving that One Piece isn't predictable.

I don’t really think it’s that surprising. I would have been surprised if it wasn’t number 1.

One Piece 919 Review

Everyone is pretty much flipping out over the ending of One Piece 919. It’s understandable because time travel can ruin a series if it’s done wrong. I am not worried because I trust Oda. He is a master story teller. He has proven himself to be over and over again.
I love how it ended. No one saw it coming except for maybe a few people in the fandom. Oda threw everyone’s predictions out the window. I love that he did that. Time travelling explains how Momonosuke met Roger. I can’t wait to see how they time travelled.
I love how we finally saw Robin and found out where she was. We found out what happened to Nami’s group. But the Straw Hats are still not fully reunited. I am curious about what Franky, and Usopp are up to. I love how Law freaked out Luffy with the ghost bit. Lastly I love how we are not on break next week. I think next week’s chapter is going to be really exciting.
