Photo

This photo was taken one and a half years ago when I was in Italy for 3 months. At that time, I have already been exploring the raw food diet world and I thought, running away from routine would make some big changes in my life. In a positive way. And it definitely did, but I was still struggling. You must be asking yourself now "What's that got to do with raw food?" At the first sight, it doesn't have anything, but if I go deeper, when I started to think more about what I put into my stomach, I also started to be more conscious of myself and not so pleasant insecurities. Everything began to be extremely intensive when I came back home and realized that I was just trying to run away from myself. After that, I managed to eat only low fat raw foods for three months. I felt much much better at the time, but then all those feelings swept under the carpet began to emerge. That's what would definitely wait you on the corner if you wanted to experience all benefits of raw food diet. I owe you an UPDATE on the 30-day-challenge I wrote about on previous post - no, I haven't made it to the end, BUT this time I am much more aware of how mindset has the power to determine your health. So that's what we are going to work on more in the future. Until next post. . . . . . #raw #rawfooddiet #rawvegan #rawveganism #rawfoodexperience #lifestyle #mindset #healthylifestyle #healthyliving #health #experience #italy #pisa #pisaitaly #travelling #travelphoto #aupair (at Pisa, Italy) https://www.instagram.com/p/B7ggnxmBM8N/?igshid=1e9ldtvh29h47
