ive been getting into 911 recently and i literally feel so insane and feral bc i have nobody to talk to about it and all of the news about bisexual buck and oliver stark talking about buck's queerness and how it was supposed to be a storyline YEARS ago it just makes me feel SO INSANE like this is literally all ive ever wanted in a show and it feels like its being handed out on a silver platter idk how to process it

i dont want to keep talking about him bc it isnt helpful, but tbh i do need a place to vent and here is a good place.
he was such an inspiration to me which is what makes this worse for me. i felt so represented by him and his music. i always loved Since I Saw Vienna, because it perfectly encapsulated how i felt about everything in my life, the effort of moving on, the suffocating urge to dig shit up as soon as youre settled, the inability to settle down. i loved how the majority of his songs had aromantic undertones, which helped me figure out and come to terms with my aromanticism. and i can never hear those songs in any meaningful way anymore knowing that he caused physical and emotional pain to someone i respect and enjoy. it just sucks.
#i do not feel upset about the fact that i wont listen to his music anymore.#i do not feel upset that he was exposed and proven to be an abuser#i am so immensely grateful that this information was said by shelby so that i am no longer supporting an abuser.#i am upset that songs that have held so much meaning to me have been tainted forever#simply in the way that knowing the person that wrote those lyrics does not care about anyone but himself#and that i will never listen to those songs again without the knowledge that the author is a piece of shit.#fuck wilbur soot.
