My first full illustration I made at my new university, inspired by the increase of wildfires as a result of the growing global temperatures and human activity.
This little group of fairies were born out of the disaster’s grievances and designed around what’s leftover after such an event.
A difficult morning awaits them, but for tonight they each linger in this moment where they can rest and grieve at this temporary shelter they’ve built.
I want to kindly thank everyone who’s supported me and my ongoing art journey so far! This year was full of change and even if it’s been a lot of work, I can feel how far I’ve come 💛
Thank you to my longtime friends for sticking with me for another year, know I treasure and hold on to our memories together even if our paths have diverged.
Thank you to the new friends I’ve made this year, I’m so happy we crossed paths and I look forward to getting to know you better!
Thank you to my teachers, old and new, for your lessons and support. It is thanks to you I’m able to grow so much.
Thank you to the lurkers and the passersby’s, it’s wonderful to realize that my work made someone happy! Whether it be a compliment, a like, a reblog, I’m forever grateful for your time and appreciatation!
And finally a big thank you to my kitty for unexpectedly entering my life this year! They make my days brighter and more interesting!
I uploaded my art online for the first time on this day 8 years ago. It was a little drawing of May with a sweater, just like this one!
Back then I had no idea where art would take me, nor am I really sure today. Yet, I find some comfort in dwelling in the things I’ve always loved, as well as getting to share them with others like me.
I’m glad I had the courage to share my work again this year. Thanks to everybody who’s supported me on this journey! ❤️🤍❤️
A small animation I did as my final project for my Drawing and Illustration class earlier this year. We used acrylic paint and acrylic panels for it, though by far my favorite thing was creating Amani's puppet to animate!
Music → Verdanturf Town [Pokémon], Covered by Nicolas Sokolic!
Long overdue, but here was my entry for @juiceofcoconut Lisia DTIYS. If you've seen the little summer Hoenn quartet I posted before, this goes along with it! Lisia's outfit was designed by Moon! (Isn't it adorable?🩵)
