Tell us the dispatch lore, I wish to know more about the silly

Hey Anon! Sorry I took a billion years to answer your ask. 👀💧

The lore regarding Dispatch so far starts back in the Episode “Sick Mind” (S1Ep.13) when Op gets infected with the metal virus thingamajig. Bee and Arcee aren’t able to get the cure for the virus from Megatron in time and Optimus ends up off-lining, but Ratchet will be dammed if he allows another one if his teammates (especially Prime) to die. So in a last attempt, he separates a fraction of his spark and gives it to Optimus hoping it will jumpstart his fading spark. While the crazy act saves Op’s life- both the merging of Ratchet and his spark creates little Dispatch’s.
