i totally agree with that! like words cannot express how much i despise how she's viewed in the fandom, because literally the only major mentions of her i've seen are just in reference to kai or her being a "girlboss" (it's obvious that this happens to nya quite often as well)

the potential of kailor as best friends is actually crazy

i really dislike kailor for several reasons including the fact that they had zero romantic chemistry and the writers completely trashed skylor's potential (and come on, she had SO MUCH of it) by roping her into that, but they had insane platonic chemistry. like. they match each other's freak SO well just never romantically. does anybody else get what i'm saying

How is rethinking her life when preparing her son to fight his father "flirting", let alone cheating?

Garmadon had not reached out to her in like a decade. She straight up says "there was a time I loved him very much", which tells me. I don't know. Things have changed? Which makes sense, when he won't stop his plans for world domination so he doesn't have to fight your son. Did she even consider them together at that point? Married does not always mean together. My parents broke up over a decade ago, but they're still married. Same with my stepmum and her ex, last I heard.

Literally what scene with Wu is overtly romantic? I don't see it, and I SHIP WUSAKO??

You know they've been friends for 40+ years, right? You know they're the only two in a situation like theirs, watching someone they love fall to evil while they're helpless to stop it? Loving him despite how he may hurt them?

And I hate how people are like "she bounces between the brothers"... don't you think it's only fair to give your newly un-corrupted, estranged husband another chance? Noo, because Misako isn't KIND, she's just a cheating slut apparently! (Yes! A word I have seen used to describe Misako! And others I don't want to repeat!)

can we as a society talk more about how harumi and lloyd are literal mirrors to each other and SUCH good narrative foils? like seriously. they make me insane. the fact that harumi has trauma that mirrors lloyd's but instead of internalising it like lloyd, she externalises it and "lashes out". lloyd never confronts his own trauma and locks it away, but harumi spent her entire life following it as a means to an end. plus lloyd genuinely felt seen with harumi in sons of garmadon, he was so used to never putting himself first and ignoring his own qualms about being a ninja and when he met harumi he actually thought they could connect because she felt it too with being the jade princess. and that's not even addressing the harumi-being-garmadon's-chosen-daughter thing. she's everything lloyd could've been if he hadn't gone the ninja route OUGH lord i can't with them
