Coding is something I've continued to learn this year as a way to understand the technology behind cryptocurrency and it's future implications. I have a project I'm casually working on with a friend and it's challenging but exciting! I used to beat myself up for being interested in too many things and get frustrated easily by what I saw as a 'failure to launch' or 'meet my full potential ' by spreading myself too thin. While I still struggle with that feeling, I know that my curiosity is a gift and the guilt and expectations society puts on us (You have to make art your job! You have to be published! You have to put it all on the line or you aren't living!), and that I put on myself (why would anyone be interested in that? How does that make a difference in the world? Why aren't you doing this every day to get better?!) for so long---it's all just gravity weighing me down. I'm rather use gravity in my flight than be ruled by it. So let's fly into the future......and stuff.

My painting needs work but I want this to be a place to share my progress and my week to week projects good and meh :) I'm pleased that it fits! So cool to see it on the keyboard.

This guy needs a name. New mold finished after being laid up a few weeks with the 'Rona. Almost totally botched this one (note to self, hot glue and metal are not friends) but was able to save it at the last minute. Happy to be better and getting my replication on!

Woohoo! Managed to get a keycap sculpted, molded and cast! Plus it fits! This is what brought me to sculpting to begin with so it's exciting to know I can do it! DIY!

So grateful I have this man as a friend! Making this @killyourtv101 character come to life has to be the best thing I've done in a long time. Super proud and stoked for the inspiration!

A little dinosaur for my sweetheart! From sketch to sculpt like 'the crafsman' showed me! Can't wait to share the @killyourtv101 collab I just finished!

Made a ring mold for when I have extra resin (good call #crafsman). It's a perfect duplicate! This quick curing resin is awesome! But.... Now I need more silicone! It can wait, I got new characters and things to make first!

These recaps came out 100 percent better. Color is sweet and they are cured all the way through. I fussed over them too much and didn't get enough resin in there though. Next batch I think I'll get a solid set!

Been working on this text adventure called 'Transcend' with some help from my buddy Goodtimes. It's one of the final assignments in the book course I slowly worked through during quarantine. Great stuff for learning Python!

Today I hope to finish this inventory class which has been challenging in the best way. Debug debug debug lol. Oh, and my transparent resin keys are working just fine!
