my design of book bilbo baggins but in 2 different ways

1: how i initially thought hobbits were like based on book descriptions alone and didn't saw any images of them beforehand

2: close to their intended humanoid look but with some furry attributes

this was a concept i had 2 years ago (you can find the old art under the cut) and i had the sudden urge to redraw him

wanted to find a new way to draw his shoes because ngl, always struggled with them and up till the newly found greek dubbed episodes, i had no good references due to the not so great quality from every other episode making it hard to see them

loved mickey's christmas carol as a kid but was always so confused by rat, mole, and mr toad because they were the only major characters i didn't know where they were from so i would be like "who are they??"

if only tiny me knew how obsessed i would be over them...

discord has been pushing its new uk online safety act changes early for some users. this screenshot belongs to a 32 year old who used discords built in face scanner to verify their age. the scanner said they were 11 years old, and instantly suspended the account, with no option to try again or appeal, and the suspension will automatically end in 2027, when they’re “old enough” to use discord.
