Meditation in karate
Karate practise incorporates meditation frequently to improve mental clarity, concentration, and general well-being. Karate uses meditation in a number different ways, which are listed below:
Centering and relaxation: Before beginning a training session, practitioners frequently meditate to calm their minds and release any stress or outside distractions. They try to achieve a relaxed and prepared state by concentrating on their breath and clearing their minds.
Karate demands a high level of mental attention and concentration. Meditation techniques, such mindfulness meditation, aid practitioners in developing the ability to maintain the present moment awareness, which improves their capacity to concentrate on technique, timing, and strategy during practice and competition.
