After I had my daughter in 2015 I had trouble getting my pre baby body back. I kept on searching and searching and a lot of research and I was lookin for a healthy, plant based not a quick fix and long term results. Now it’s 2018 and I found it!!! I use the plexus triplex and other products that aren’t for weightloss too because I have other health goals beyond weight loss. I wasn’t trying to go to diet pills and I honestly hate diet pills I don’t think they work and they are not an option for me at least. Plexus is a diet pill and honestly wasn’t really intense for weightloss it targets all the bad stuff in your body that would make you gain weight. And there website has a lot o healthy good tasting recipes and snack ideas. But with that being said. When I started the triplex I felt it working o the inside within the first week. I took a before photo and started measuring every week. I lost inches just within the first week. And I got to my ideal weight just within 3 weeks!! I lost about 6 inches. I do not go to the scale and look at a number I measure and look at inches.

Do you or anyone you know suffer from ADHD??? I had been on #adhd meds since I was a junior in high school. My ADHD was so severe that my doctor told me I shouldn't even drive without being on my medication and I thought they were going to have to be a part of my life forever.
