Hypothetically, if all the gitm characters met the reader at the same time, who would be the quickest verses slowest to fall for them?? (I love ur art and writing btw, not even joking when I says it's probably the best ff ive ever read <3)

heh, I love this question! It's a little complicated (for many different reasons) as the bots fall for the reader for different reasons- some of which are circumstantial! I would sayyy though, of the bots I've talked about here? It would probably be as follows: Sunspot Nova (hey theres a reason we have to wait to meet him, he falls hard and fast) Misuta Clip Ruin Fool Sol This feels so mean to Clip, imo, cause he is the readers OTB and loves cricket so much. But if they had only now met for the first time? Yeah he is prickly enough to take a little time to warm up. In the fic, Ruin already loves Cricket when he wakes up- because of how much time the reader has spent with him, taking care of him etc. But in a classic DCA style fic without that? He, as biblical DCA would take a while to warm! Fool keeps his heart carefully guarded. So does Sol.

Genuinely a great chapter, I loved reading it and I await the next one with amped patience!!!!

Consider the chef throttled (it’s me, I’m being throttled)

He’s acting was a fun line to write. It’s short, simple, and it gets the point across. It’s the negative little voice that carves up pieces of your self esteem and you can’t help but believe it. It makes more sense to the Vocalist than he loves you.

(Also I love the artists rendition, it made me smile bigly)

I don’t know if you’ve ever been in a situation where other people had to tell you a situation’ s very obvious subtext, but we as the reader have the WHOLE picture so we have a better idea of what’s going on.

Sun’s problem is he never actually said the words.

The lengths that the Vocalist’s brain will leap over to try and make sense of their situation…don’t always make sense to us, the reader. Jumping to (incorrect) conclusions is their superpower.

Yeah our Vocalist is trying to figure out what the hell’s going on while being spun around in the dark like a top. After a long and stressful shift too! Anybody would not be performing their best mentally in such a situation. They missed dinner too.
