i hope you all know that what someone does or intends to do to you is never your fault. i hope you all know that it doesn’t make you weak, or gullible, or naive. i hope you all know that you don’t deserve to be punished for what they did wrong — and that you’re so brave for moving forward in spite of that. and you are moving forward, even if it feels like one wrong smell, sight, or word takes you back ten steps in your healing. i hope you all know that you’re never obligated to forgive; i know i haven’t, and i never will. but most of all, i hope you all know that you’re not alone. whether you’ve disclosed to anyone what’s happened to you or not, know that you’re brave. you’re brave and beautiful and, eventually, you’ll be able to think of them and no longer shake and feel the need to cry. eventually, you won’t think of them at all.

          ❛     y’knooooow  ,     ❜            DRUNKEN  SLUR   drawls  purposefully  from  liquor - stained  lips  as  heavy  gaze  resides  onto  the  clone  sidled  beside  him  ,   cerulean  following  the  foreign  alcohol  being  brought  to  mouth .   the  other  sips  it  slow  ,   and  lance  catches  the  bob  of  his  throat  as  he  swallows  the  last  drops  of  the  drink .   sleight  of  hands  managed  to   ‘ borrow ’   alien  substance  from  one  of  coran’s  private  stash  ,   and  as  they  sit  back   thoroughly  enjoying   the  buzz  rolling  over  them  in  waves  ,   lance  yields  to  the  promise  of   pleasure   linked  between  the  syllables  of  the  other’s  sultry  inquiry .         ❛      i  think  issa  GREAT  idea !     ‘ sides  ,   who  wouldn’t  wanna  kiss  themselves ?  m’bet  i’m  amazing .     ❜

                 bubbling  laughter   ebbs  from  his  lungs  in  drunken  hiccups  before  features  mold  into  something  more  serious .   it  happens  in  slow  motion  ;   inebriation  harnessing  the  courage  buried  deep  within  ,   he  seizes  the  moment  by  snaking  his  way  into  a  familiar  lap  ,   slender  thighs  nestling  comfortably  at  the  sides  of  his  hips .   glossy  hues  struggle  to  focus  on  the  face  hovering  mere  inches  from  his  own  ,   nearly  missing  the  faint  blush  dusting  the  apples  of  cheeks .   had  it  not  been  for  splurging  in  shared  alcoholic  consumption  ,   lance  knows  he  wouldn’t  be  in  the  the  position  he’s  in  now .   the  revelation  stops  him  none   as  a  shiver  rolling  down  his  spine  shakes  him  from  his  daydream  ,   and  the  closeness  of  their  bodies  as  they  shift  into  alignment  is  ELECTRIC  through  his  veins .   fingertips  tingle  mercilessly  at  the  anticipation .

                  ❛     don’t  say  i  didn’t  warn  ya .     ❜          it’s  the  last  coherent  sound  to  be  heard  in  their  conversation  before  lance  crashes  their  mouths  together  in  earnest  ,   the  choppy  rhythm  of  their  lips  making  it  awkward  at  first .   the  power  struggle  continues  between  them  for  a  few  seconds  before  kisses  evolve  more  fluidly  ,   identical  mouths  sculpting  perfectly  against  each  other .   it’s  sweet  enough  to  make  toes  curl  ,   and  lance  finds  himself  sinking  further  into  the  feeling  ;   his  clone  knowing  all  the  tricks  that  drive  him  wild .

                what  started  as  something  brash  develops  into  a  languid  dance  of  tongues  ,   long  fingers  raking  into  chestnut  hair  and  exploration  curious  ,   despite  its  haste .   lance  melts  further  and  further  into  his  touch  as  palms  graze  the  length  of  his  back  ,   and  own  fingers  tug  gently  at  the  overwhelming  sensations  flowing  hot  through  him .   it  feels  so  strange  ;   being  locked  in  a  war  of  lips  ,   bodies  slotted  together  in  perfect  unison  as  they  ravish  each  other  in  a  way  that’s  almost  predictable   —–   as  if  they  know  each  other  as  if  they  were  one  in  the  same .

         (  i  guess  that  comes  with  the  whole   ‘ making  out  with  your  clone ’   deal  ,   right ?  )

           KISS  BREAKS   with  an  audible  pop  as  lance  exhales  a  shaky  breath  ,   swallowing  the  taste  of  his  clone  so  that  the  only  evidence  of  their  shared  passion  lies  in  the  remnants  ;   swollen  lips  that  quirk  gently  ,   flesh  stained  red  from  playful  bites .   the  drunken  stupor  once  shrouding  inhibitions  lifts  some  ,   replaced  by  an  ache  deep  within  his  bones  that  yearns  for  more  of  this .   lance  diffuses  the  urge   the  temptation   with  diversion  of  gaze  ,   lids  fluttering  to  a  close  as  trembling  lips  echo  a  chuckle  ,   very  clearly  impressed .
