Oh gosh, ok, hmmm 5 things that make me happy. Btw, idk if I need to tag you in my post? I don't do things correctly like ever. 🫣

1: writing- I go through spurts of it, but even at my worst level I still find immense joy in creating a narrative and telling a story. Literally an emotional release each time.

2: my animals- I have horses and a dog, and honestly I would sell all my organs just to save their little lives. I'd sell my own family to protect them ngl. 👀

3: my job- it's a "love to hate" kind of thing. I farm, I spend 90% of my time outside. Which is great when the weather's great and sucks when the weather sucks. I'd say the hardest part to it is there is no such as a sick day, you're always on (I'm writing while driving across the field in my tractor, sneezing away, ha)

4: distractible podcast- I have to recommend. It's 3 guys but the least toxic masculinity you could ever hear. They've been buds for 10+ years with an awesome dynamic

5: movement- I move a lot. I walk for hours every day, I lift weights for fun, I ride horses for a hobby, winter always sucks since it's super cold in my region 6 months of the year, and I'm constantly stuck inside. But in summer I'm up and moving 16 hours of the day.

Bonus: coffee- I'm addicted

Cheesy, I know, but they make me happy. I'll be inboxing when I get back to my computer.
