not to continue 2017posting but do yall remember how on april 8 2017 the leafs played the pens in the second to last game of the season and jvr scored that insane puck off his stick over his shoulder to himself goal and phil kessel scored that wrister and freddie got hurt so mac had to come in and then kasperi kapanen tied things at three with his first nhl goal and then jake gardiner fucked a play so sidney crosby scored and then jake gardiner set up connor brown's tip in goal to bring the leafs up by one and then mac had the Save Of The Season against sidney crosby and then Blocked By Roman Polak BIG BLOCK matthews to the net HE SCORES. NUMBER FORTY FOR AUSTON MATTHEWS. really managed to pack a lot in the last few minutes didnt they. and then they clinched a playoff spot for the first time in four years.

So wait now there’s a feud between Marner and Matthews??? How was his passengers comment about Marner? Why do ppl think Marner didn’t try last season when he basically carried the team???
frankly even if mitch was part of the passengers comment (which i am almost certain he wasn't), it also baffles me that people think marner was useless last season,,, like he finished the regular season first on the team with 102 points and then was second in points during the post season. was it enough? clearly not but to say brother didn't try is like. did we WATCH the same team lmao
