(Since I am bedridden for a little bit probably about a week or so due to regular disability shenanigans have this small Neuvi/Wrio brain worm thing I told my friend ❤️)

For Wrio I was thinking of him possibly getting sick when he was younger but maybe when he just replaced the last duke of the fortress. And he has his like first very important meeting with Neuvilette to give him his work reports and make sure everything is in order and make sure trade between the fortress and Fontaine will continue to move forward since he became the new duke. Wrio like showing up sick and while Neuvilette thinks he looks pale he doesn’t think anything is particularly wrong until like Wrio’s voice starts trembles while he’s reading off one of the reports/talking and his face goes even paler nearly gray with like a green tinge, Neuvilette asking him if he’s alright only for Wrio to suddenly retch, spray vomit like all over the floor and collapse to his knees shaking and eyes wide.

Neuvilette stunned for a second before like wrio retching again and rushing to his side. And managing to grab wrio when he passes out in the middle of puking with it like still running out of his mouth so like, Neuvilette holds him up to make sure he doesn’t choke.

Wrio like burning up with a fever and Neuvilette calls sigewinne for help. Her giving Neuvilette medicine for Wrio and instructions because taking care of humans when ill is kinda out of his wheel house.

I also like the image of Wrio having horrible fever delirium induced ptsd nightmares of the orphanage and his siblings fate. Neuvilette worried trying to get his fever down, and holding his hand or even stroking his hair to calm him down. I also headcanon that like Neuvilette probably gently strokes one of the scars on the side of Wrio’s throat to calm him down when he is sick and has nightmares they’re way closer👁️w👁️

hi! would you be up to writing something for neuvillette? i don't have an exact scenario in mind but somehow i love the image of him getting sick on an empty stomach (since hydro dragons don't always need to eat & can absorb nutrients from water /hc) and ends up just throwing up water and dry heaving. i love wrio being the caretaker with neuvi always, especially now that canon confirms them to be friends (and they've always been very shippable to me)

I actually have been writing something with sick Neuvilette and Wrio taking care of him I just have to finish the wip.

Neuvilette is made for sickness just something about that old salamander tickles my brain and I think it’s the fact that he looks way way too put together 😭😂

i'm here to drop in a request where maybe leona starts feeling unwell while at home at sunset savannah. he tries to ignore it, after all he doesn't have much to do at home other than lie around anyways, but his rest is interrupted by a very excited cheka who's happy to have his uncle back and as much as he pretends otherwise he can't deny indulging his nephew in games and such.

but he feels worse and worse throughout the day, and eventually maybe it gets to the point where leona faces a decision : a) get sick/faint in front of his nephew and traumatize the kid for life or b) ask cheka to fetch his father because he needed falena

i'm always a sucker for falena attempting to look after leona while leona's well, the most hard-to-look-after person in the world. i'm not sure if this scenario appeals to you but if it does, i'd love to read something like this!

In reference to those discussions, I would really enjoy reading a fic based on Leona's overblot and the aftermath symptoms. I love seeing vulnerable Leona, and the one Leona fic you wrote had me go absolutely insane

I just always love the notion of Ruggie looking after Leona even after how bad things got, and Jack helping out. Someone needs to tie up his hair because BOY is it messy.

Awww merry Christmas to you anon😂 and I love love love Leona, he’s one of my oshi’s so I always jump at the chance to see him sick because he’s just so cute. OMG OMG OMG I JUST READ YOUR YANQING HEADCANONS AND I LOVE THEM SO MUCH !!

i was wondering if you could write something around him with the aftermath of the ambrosial arbor incident. the battle against dan heng and blade definitely put a large amount of stress on him both mentally and physically (mentally we get confirmed in the heliobi incident).

he probably develops a fever a few hours in, and he still ends up hiding it because he needs to ensure the general is in bed (after jing yuan's injuries) and he can't do so if he's confined to his own bed. maybe jing yuan finds out when he wakes up to the sounds of yanqing throwing up in the restroom and looks after him afterwards while simultaneously having to ensure he didn't open up his own wounds either. i love fevered, delirious yanqing also voicing his fears and realizations over being left behind and jing yuan feeling both helpless and guilty over his actions with his protege/son.

its sort of a hurt/comfort for them both because yanqing is sick and moving around is probably really painful for jing yuan after the extensive injuries.

I think a fic where Alhaitham gets super sick in front of Kaveh for the first time would be super cute <3 Kaveh being so confused when Alhaitham is acting different (I hc him to be super cuddly when he’s sick but obvi you write whatever u want!!)

So I actually hc Alhaitham the same way, like when I gave him the flu and pneumonia and he practically wrapped around Kaveh like a constrictor😭 I just find it really cute myself ❤️ also thank you so so much I do my best😭

Do you have any sickfic headcanons for Yanqing or Luocha! I always sort of shipped JingLuo with Yanqing as their son T-T so the family hurt/comfort vibe!!

Sorry this took me so long anon so much life stuff has happened 😭.

So I do not have any for Luocha at the moment although I do adore him and ship JingLuo quite a bit. For Yanqing however oh boy do I have quite a few, I adore him he’s just the cutest little guy, I wanna carry him around 😭

So for regular sickfic

•I feel like Yanqing’s biggest reasons he gets sick are overwork, combined with like recklessness. For example training in bad weather with his swords. While when it comes to over work he is always rushing to prove himself especially in regards to Jing Yuan’s approval .

•He definitely gets quieter when sick. And it’s something incredibly noticeable as well.

•would try to hide it to keep working but Jing Yuan would be able to take one glance at him and it’s all over.

•definitely prone to fainting when his fever is too hot (he’s smol help him) which has given Jing Yuan a pretty bad scare before since the only warning Yanqing gives is a small groan or strained whimper.

•Gets sleepy easily when sick for sure but also prone to nightmares.

•I feel like if they’re in private and he sees Yanqing fighting to stay he would just pick Yanqing up and carry him to bed.

•I feel like if Yanqing is coughing he’d cough like a cat trying to cough up a hair ball which is a funny image to me🤣

•Jing Yuan would either take his temperature by bending down and pressing his forehead to Yanqing’s or just cupping his cheek. It’s just really cute to me❤️

•If this is a fic where like Jing Yuan is dating Luocha or they’re married etc I can definitely see Luocha being the one always prepared for whatever when Yanqing gets sick.

Has like 500 plus different herbal remedies and a bunch more medicinal knowledge on hand.

•Would probably place Yanqing’s hair in a braid so he won’t have to worry about it too much. Would hum to him and stroke his hair while he sleeps.

•I hc that Jing Yuan probably holds Yanqing’s hand when he’s having a nightmare. And is also not above like gathering Yanqing in his arms and just holding him while waiting for the poor boy to calm down.

Now for Emeto hc

•of course I have to start with my fave and that is that Yanqing often has to be held up by the waist when throwing up specifically because his retches are so violent that he will nearly topple when he’s already unsteady due to the fever, nausea and queasiness.

I saw the size differences between him and Luocha but especially between him and jing yuan and have not known peace since then.

•Yanqing is definitely seems like the type to give those like wet hiccups when nauseous. You know the kind👀👁️

•does his best to get to the bathroom because he doesn’t want to make a mess nor anyone really seeing him but it’s a toss up on whether or not he actually manages to get there.

•in terms of noise I feel like Yanqing is somewhere in the middle because he tried his damnedest to muffle it.

•has definitely gotten it in his hair while trying to pull his hair back 😭 poor thing

•the type who likes back rubs without a doubt but nearly refuses to ask for them

Yesss I love that take on Leona's overblot too like so much <333 Leona sleeping isn't out of the ordinary to them so they just don't worry until he's literally tossing his cookies 😭

I think Leona's like my favorite character from twst to make suffer. Like he's pretty, he's got trauma and he's sort of evil - yup, love seeing him vulnerable.

I think the Twst creators agree too because of the scene in the Tower in the 6th book where Leona passes out from using the thunder spear. That's also such a good Jamil whump moment with him getting injured and then ultimately going "Leona-senpai, please take care of me!"

Got to say that's like my favorite twst moment of them all.

But yes, in general, if you're up to write more Leona content, i will gobble them up like Grim gobbles those overblot stones <3
