It's a shame we didn't get official arts of newer designs (the HGSS ones) of Surge and Sabrina, while we got them for all the other Kanto Gym Leaders...

I believe that he's mainly considered a Sagittarius, but personally for the longest time I regarded him as a Scorpio for his personality. What do you think?
