They have a biological child together. 2. they confessed to romantic feelings multiple times out loud and implicitly. 3. they had dreams TOGETHER where they kissed at the very least. 4. a twitter thread was shown where people assumed they were romantic because of the child where a bet was mentioned and this wasn't admonished at all i believe. 5. beauty and the beast reference among other references to romantic couples. 6. more than one occasion where people assumed they were 'interrupting something' or they were urged to be romantic 7. the child made an entire snow sculpture of Lily the character and G kissing because THAT'S normal?? bombastic side eye. Wh-.. Why would you do that. 8. Lily the character kissed G on the mouth and it was fully romantic. 9. "Mating" Bond. 10. G got jealous of hookups Lily the character was having early in the comic. 11. Lily the character got bullied at school because they assumed she was dating G, probably because of how they behave. You are well past the realm of siblings, Orchard... Not that you would know what does and does not belong in the realm of siblings.

i think it's UNWORLDLY funny that orchard decided to write in that the characters who have canonically explained out loud that they have romantic feelings for each other, and have a motherfucking MATING BOND set up between each other (fuck, i will NEVER let go of that, that's how it was first written and was kept that way for years), would ADOPT EACH OTHER AS SISTERS, even AFTER having her own sister go for her throat with some of the worst allegations somebody can ever go at you with.

like yeah, go orchard, just don't ever beat the incest allegations 👊

Kalosians say that Geosenge Town is haunted by Lysandre and the Heroes of Kalos, a group of trainers on their Pokémon journey who had bravely tackled Lysandre and stopped his plans. They were all presumed dead after the Ultimate Weapon tried to fire, causing the entire town to collapse inward from physical stress, seemingly crushing them all underneath. Thus, the town was abandoned. Nobody wanted to think about the significant loss of life that had occurred there. Years and years had gone by, before reports started coming in about the town. People were going into the now overgrown Geosenge, as part of an internet challenge, in an attempt to see the spirits of the damned. a good portion would survive, being too scared to go any further than they did. All the brave souls that chose to venture deeper into it looking for the abandoned lair, well... None of them ever came back out. Specialized Authorities in teams of 20 explored the area safely with no incidents, but no bodies were discovered. They had seemingly vanished into thin air. Which is where Valerie comes in. One day, a call came in from the detective Valerie works under, a request to accompany her to this very investigation. Valerie shuddered in the cold of night, chuckling quietly, "... Is it too late to quit my job, eh?" She nudged at her superior with her elbow. Adalida did not acknowledge her. Valerie sighed, more tense than she'd ever been, and moved some shrubbery to shine her phone light through absentmindedly. She knew she couldn't abandon the investigation, but... anybody would be anxious about the possibility of becoming a missing person. Valerie can't help but think of Mélodie, sleeping back at home. Surely she's just working herself up for no reason, right?

Bonnie's existence in the "pokemon only" alternative is, in fact, a feral gremlin-y Ralts or perhaps Kirlia! No hybrid features just a creature the other alternative has her biologically resembling the original Bonnie though, due to Humans being involved in the experiment.

Additional information for the two overall options i feel is valuable for those who are interested in the story itself: option 1 contains VERY explicit descriptions and possible direct depiction of: Experimentation/Trafficking of both Humans and Pokémon. option 2 contains VERY explicit descriptions and depiction of: Experimentation/Trafficking of Pokémon, but NOT of Humans. (Bonnie character is present and relevant for both options) so basically, human experimentation? Yes/no?

So, i have created two fleshed out options for the main story to explore, depending on which one appeals to me and you all more... One of those is Bonnie most similar to how she appears in madhouse, of course.

... But, the other option is actually related to that abused Lilligant, which to my knowledge has never appeared again. Out of nowhere, right? I kinda combined Lilligant and Cala back into one character. But now's where i'm caught on a little snag...

I'm unsure what species to make it. Ralts is not available due to it being a separate character in this same route, but Lilligant is not truly native to Kalos and cannot be picked either due to other details of this route. Any suggestions?

Lily writes out a concept, "oh!" she gasps, having a realization, "Wait! This is a proper story, with a proper conflict, suspense, decent mystery, and proper reactions! I can't stand for this!" Promptly she fixes her error, casting it onto the cutting room floor as if it burned her hand to hold such a concept.

... needlessly combative? What is a conflict then?? If everyone behaved reasonably and rationally the story doesn't exist, Orchard! (note: G being upset at them having essentially a lovechild together is weirder than her actively making it happen intentionally? Whatever you say, Orchard.) Readers rejecting a serviceable conflict? I don't believe that unbiased readers would reject a perfectly plausible story conflict that fits with Orchard's own stated intentions for the story. regardless- it is PERFECTLY in character for G to have despised Bonnie, because at every turn G is insecure about the phenomenon of her species being easily smitten with humans, and Bonnie is a human-gardevoir hybrid. It is not outlandish to consider that she'd be horribly afraid of what Bonnie means and looks like to both them and outsiders looking in. But hey- why have entertaining conflict when G can obediently orbit Lily the character like a moon without craters instead.

Orchard quite literally, at the first opportunity, threw away a nearly perfect plot to have for her intentions to prove Gardevoir are not servants... because she couldn't stand the idea of her little servant Gardevoir being upset with her like a real non-servant person would be.

Thank you! I really wanted to make the setting of this rewrite steady and easily understandable compared to the original, and i chose Kalos rather than Unova(Despite that being where Lily the character seems to live) because I like Kalos and i think it got the short end of the stick from Gamefreak and TPC. I've really been looking into french culture for the actual fanfiction or comics i'm writing. I think i've learned most of what i want to implement to my Kalos at this point, but i'm still looking into the culture regardless.

Not a request or anything but I would actually love to see Honey and Lai-Lai in a picture together, I love Honeycrisp and I left following Lily when Carousel left her circle so I like that character and your version now too!

If you're going to put Bonnie in, definitely make her a Raltz. Why wasn't she a raltz? Raltz even have the little stupid bowl cut like a lot of kids have, it designs itself. I even saw on Deviantart once, someone redesigned the madhouse characters and made a point to ask why Bonnie wasn't a raltz.

Thank you! They're personally my favourites of the characters i've designed up til now. It was so fun to conceptualize them based on but not copying the original story and design. I love designing character <3

I don't think she was ever intended to be a main character anyway so if you ever want a slice of life episode exploring the concept of the transfem gallade I'd be sat, I always thought it was disappointing how these fun ideas were never put into place in favor of all the weird shit that Lily was more interested in.

Hmm.. Yeah, i could give her an episode! I'll give it more time in the brain tumbler for polishing but- I felt the same, it's so strange that she would focus on... ... ... instead of just fun little mini stories like she keeps insisting that she enjoys and wants to see more of??? It's just kind of weird to complain about plot and lack of wholesome to the extent that she "had to write it herself" according to a video i can't find anymore... but then just do a much weirder plot herself that is not wholesome at all despite how she begs people to look at it. If Lily wants wholesome sweet fun like she says she does, i have an idea! Two, perhaps! Use all these fun ideas, like the fem gallade circus show, pokemon battling, contests, misc. trips, or just characters interacting like she says other properties should do more often... and maybe don't introduce Human Experimentation, Torture, Forced Marriage, Murder, Abuse, Degeneracy, Threat of Extinction, Bigotry, Sexual Harassment, Rape, Pseudo-Incest, or Solitary Confinement. Maybe start with that! I'm sure i even missed some! Lily had SO many ways to make a story she keeps asking for, but just didn't! She made something weird and messed up but acts like she made the pinnacle of wholesome fiction.

I remember! Her name was Marina, she was like, a female gallade and had this cool roman athena vibe, her owner was named Bailey and the two of them ran from an unhealthy environment and comic Lily was supposed to see them at the circus or something!

I see! I'm not sure how i could make her relevant to the story so i'm not going to do much with the concept most likely, but i am certainly thinking about her!
