it's april fool's day! and what better day to show some love for my favorite herd, the super duper poly party ponies :)

im out of practice with next gens but i thought these would be really fun:

Say Cheese "Lil Cheese" - daughter of Cheese and Pinkie. Her personality is a lot like her mom's and she will generally do anything to make someone smile

Surprise Party - daughter of Party Favor and Pinkie; despite her name and rambunctious family, Surprise is actually rather timid. She loves all things colorful and might find her talent in a quieter career like art - or maybe working with foals!

Funny Bone - son of Cheese and Party Favor. Originally I thought of him as a comedian but I also see him as rather nerdish and scholarly, making his humor more from quick wit rather than slapstick

just a one off though - i dont know if i'll revisit these guys again although i grew really attached unironically

honestly it is sort of charming to me that the ATLA fandom has been hung up on the same imaginary teenage love triangle for fifteen years...personally I feel like it is NOT my business if Katara and Aang want to get married too young and have like a million children. godspeed to them, or whatever. but Sokka and Suki should definitely absorb Zuko into whatever they've got going on, mostly because I think it would be hysterical for two non-benders who can pass for straight if they do not open their mouths to have a regular third who is the hereditary monarch of the fire magicians. can you imagine. there's just a king in your house sometimes, rummaging half-naked through your fridge for snacks and complaining about how people keep trying to have him assassinated, and you can't tell anyone about it. hilarious dynamic.

if you have a boyfriend and you start liking another guy you dont actually have to break up. basically you can put the first boyfriend in the bathroom and close the door, and then bring the second guy into the house and let them get used to each other's smells through the door. if you supervise them for the first couple weeks, they should eventually get along or at least not kill each other while youre away.
