Rumen Petkov and his team were perfectly capable of creating smoother, neater animation, like how he is known to have worked on Cow and Chicken and Hey Arnold, but they didn’t. It was a stylistic choice

It was also intended to be segmented into short films so the way we’re watching it on YouTube isn’t correct. On the VHS the movie is split into segments and you can’t watch them all together at once. They weren’t made to be watched back to back in the same video so that’s why there’s such sudden shifts in scenes

I can’t speak on the intentions behind the designs but I personally believe they were intentionally jarring as a way to convey the urgency for climate action and how dystopian it would be if we were to take no action whatsoever about the environment and render Earth into an artificial husk

Gender: Female

Looks: She has the same colors as Filipe, but her emblem(?) is an “A” and she has short, spiky hair. She also wears a skirt.

Bio: She is Smollett’s daughter, about the same age as Filipe. She was sent on a mission before the events of the movie. When she came back, she developed a crush on Filipe. The biorobot trio like to call her “mom.”
