Hi guys, this is actually a comic I drew and basically finished 11 months ago. And it’s been just about then since I’ve last really opened my iPad and did any drawing. There’s a ton of half-completed works on there and they’re pretty cute, so I’ll try to post them as I get the motivation. My therapist says posting to this blog will probably improve my mental health and he’s right but >:3c

So yeah! Let’s see what I can toss out this year, wooo!!

Maybe they don’t need the “get along shirt”…? Maybe a get along separated play pen? You know :3 when you feed the animals on separate sides of a baby gate so they’re safe but get to know each other :3

Hank leaves them there for the weekend sometimes when he just wants to relax.

What’s up nerds! Lil life update.

Not dead yet, I swear! I’m just on my externship while also working full time at my other job so… literally no days off for the next 8 weeks. PAIN. But WORTH IT because I absolutely love working with patients AND making coffee for people so I’m like. Exhausted but full of excitement and joy haha.

That being said I still want to doodle things and miss these silly lil drawings so much. But obviously comics will be a long time coming since it still takes me CENTURIES to finish one. However… if y’all have any wholesome ideas for quick doodles I’m 👁️👄👁️.

I also haven’t forgotten the ones sent to me, which have wholesomely fueled my motivation. I swear I’ll start dumping some doodles soon- I have to PRACTICE after all.

I do, however, genuinely want to apologize in advance for no content lately. I swear I will not up and abandon ship again! You all mean the world to me so I figured I’d offer some explanation for my dry spell here. 🥲✨🪴

god knows sixty would never let anyone ELSE kill connor though— any threats to connor’s person from anyone else are met with grevious bodily harm from sixty (not because he CARES about connor, oh no god forbid, but because he refuses to have his chance to kill him taken away). effortlessly disarms a criminal who’s about to shoot connor only to then pull out a gun and try to do the deed himself

The truce actually lasted up until the Cyberlife raid, where Connor got a new arm and Sixty immediately shot it off again. Nines kinda laughed then kicked Sixty very hard with his new legs.

This was actually directly inspired by an ask (which I will find and respond to). I literally put all my other wip comics on hold to finish this one because that last panel is... so important to me.

ok the gang at an amusement park though— sixty and nines trying to knock each other out of rollercoasters and connor putting alice on his shoulders to make her tall enough to ride (nobody buys it for a second. connors face is clearly visible through the buttons in the trench coat) and hank and markus running interference through it all (can markus get drunk? who knows but he sure fucking wishes he had some android alcohol to cope w this shit) and ajdjdjd ur little universe is just rife with ideas for every scenario

I think I missed smth but it's been a while since I was into dbh, but who's Sixty? 😅 the Connor twin?

LMAO he's like the evil robo-twin of Connor from the Cyberlife Tower chapter with Connor and Hank.

Hank ends up shooting him through the forehead if you go for the good ending. It's so abrupt and made me laugh very hard. The last digits on his serial number were -60 so a lot of people (myself included) call him "Sixty".

Other people give him and RK900 neat little names and I love them all but idk Sixty and Nines feels the most right to me. To each their own.

And yeah he's technically dead, but... not in these comics! >:)

out of rk800s and rk900 Sixty is the most deviated but is also the most in denial. He’s too petty to acknowledge Connor was right and would rather die than admit it. He doesn’t have to admit it to connor if connor is dead

I fully support Sixty being as petty as possible. Killing Connor is the only way he can save his pride, and honestly, I support his funky little robo-ass for trying.

Everytime Hank and the RK guys go out Sixty is either on a children’s leash or one of those baby chest carriers

I like to think Sixty is trying to ninja his way into finally assassinating Connor so he's always around in like the bushes or clothing racks. But he's not subtle, he's a grown-ass man. Everyone knows he's around.

They just choose to ignore it.

Connor has gotten so good at dodging bullets, it's basically a game at this point.

I think once Sixty realizes he's never going to get Connor, he'll move on to going after other deviants and THAT'S when the leash comes out.

because IM having a crummy day at work I’m gonna flood you with HC I have with your comics. Connor and Nines share a room and have bunk beds.

OH OH YES. Nines gets the top bunk because Connor is afraid of falling.

First thought with this whole thing was that they both just sit on opposite ends of the couch and do their little stasis thing but I'd like to think they all moved into a bigger house with a decent backyard for Sumo.

Daaaaw, there's more to come I swear! I have so many in-progress little comics that I'm excited to get done and posted. I have been much more conscious of just how stupid-long it takes me to make a single basic comic, so I've employed the help of my wonderful coworker and youtube videos to actually teach me how to use Procreate.

And maybe draw a little more consistently or something. I'm keeping an open goal to keep working towards improving every time I sit down to doodle. Of course, I'm what they call an impatient artist, because I just want the idea out there so I can get pretty lazy with details (see: several comics of mine).

Also, very sorry for the late response to this (and many of the subsequent asks I'm about to answer). I'm coming to the end of my time in school, and about to start an externship so I have been CRAMMING to get everything all set and squared away. I haven't actually stopped drawing, I just haven't actually... finished many of the things I've started ahjskljssfahl.

I have been reading an insane amount of fanfiction in between though... like thanks to all the incredible authors, artists, and content creators in this fandom still producing A-level content.

And no worries I'm not dead YET. Woo!
