Return to standing while squeezing your glutes. β£ β£ βοΈ Banded Lateral Squat Walk: β£ 5 sets of 20 on each side. Position band above knee, get into a squat position, step sideways to the right 20 times and to the left 20 times. β£ β£ βοΈ Banded Standing Fire Hydrant:β£ 5 sets of 15 with 10 second hold. Standing in one leg, lift opposite leg in 90Β° out to hip level, back down to starting position. After 15 reps, hold at he top for 10 seconds to feel that extra burn. β£ β£ βοΈ Banded Plank Glute Raise: β£ 5 sets of 20 each leg. In a plank position with a tight core & straight legs, lift through the heel & squeeze the glute. β£ β£ If youβre just starting out, feel free to start with 3-4 sets & progress every two weeks (higher reps and/or heavier resistance band). With a neutral spine, flex the feet and pull through the heels. β£ β£ π Standing Leg Curl: 5 sets of 12 each leg. Be careful not to overarch the back.
