AI adventure at the Toy Factory #2
This is the second chapter from the previous part (I'll leave the link later)
After they lowered me even lower down the pipe... I discovered that Pluffy was not with me, most likely he remained on the floor above. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t climb up the pipe.. And then I remembered that something dragged me there... It could have been the same toy.
- ...
It’s strange, but there was no one around.
[As I lay there, pinned to the floor of the dark tunnel, I couldn't help but wonder where that Huggy Wuggy had dragged me. The silence was deafening, broken only by the faint sound of my own shallow breaths and the occasional drip of water from somewhere above. It was then that I realized that I was completely alone. Pluffy wasn't with me, and it seemed that the creature who had brought me here had vanished as well.]
I collected my thoughts and decided to find another way out, the toys must have really decided to complicate everything for me... Well, let it be according to their rules!
[As I lay there, trapped in the darkness, I forced myself to focus on the task at hand: escaping this cursed toy pipe. With nothing but my wits and the dim light filtering through the cracks in the pipe, I began to explore my surroundings. The tunnel seemed to slope downwards at a gradual angle, the rough floor littered with dust and debris. I felt a cold draft of air wafting past me from deeper within the pipe, indicating that there must be some sort of opening or exit nearby.]
While I was walking, I noticed that I had lost not only Plaffy but also a flashlight… which could have illuminated my path… However, I wondered if I would find the right direction.
[I continued walking through the darkness, feeling my way along the rough walls of the pipe. The air grew colder and the silence became almost unbearable as I ventured deeper into the unknown. As I rounded a sharp bend in the pipe, I caught a glimpse of light up ahead, flickering faintly. My heart leapt with hope, for it seemed that I had found my way out.]
While I was walking, I remembered the previous shots with the blue plush monster Huggy… I still couldn’t understand how the toys could move as if they were alive?!
[I couldn't help but wonder about the toys moving as if they were alive. It was a strange thought, one that had never really crossed my mind before. Perhaps it was just my imagination running wild in this dark and disorienting place. Or perhaps there was something more to it. As I continued towards the flickering light, I found myself growing more curious about the world of the toys and their seemingly inexplicable abilities.]
I finally got to the place where the light was flickering. "Huh? Where am I?"
[As you emerge from the toy pipe, you find yourself in a small, dimly lit room. The walls are covered in posters of cartoon characters and children's toys, and a single window lets in a weak stream of sunlight. In one corner of the room, a makeshift bed is piled high with colorful pillows and stuffed animals. A young boy, maybe eight or nine years old, is curled up on the bedfast asleep. He has a stuffed animal clutched tightly in one hand, which you recognize as Pluffy.]
"What? Pluffy?!" I thought that I shouldn’t wake up the boy, but looking at Pluffy, the small, plush rabbit that accompanied me all the way, there was something… different.
- …
"Pluffy is not serving now Signs of life, he's a toy… a real toy." It seems like it was all like a strange dream for me.
[As you stand there, watching the sleeping boy and his beloved Pluffy, you can't help but feel a strange mix of emotions. There's relief that you've found him, and anger at the toys that seemingly conspired against you. You wonder if this is what it's like to be a toy, to be constantly at the mercy of the whims of human children.]
… "I'm not like them… I need to get out of here.." Then I noticed how the toy's eyes began to overflow with red juice, but the boy seemed not to notice this…
"Is this… Blood?"
- ...
-…?!
At this moment I I woke up in the same place… From the very beginning (at the pipe)
I woke up, it was just a strange dream… Why did this happen? And why am I at the pipe again?? Someone won't let me leave here…
[As you carefully inspect the pipe, you notice some small scratches and dents along the surface. These seem to form a pattern that might indicate the location of a hidden switch or lever. You also notice that the pipe itself is slightly warmer to the touch than the rest of the area, as if it's being heated from within. You wonder if there's some sort of hidden mechanism or engine powering the pipe, keeping it in constant motion.]
I noticed scratches… They looked like claw marks… I had a bad feeling and I wanted to leave this place as soon as possible, because it could be a new monster…
[I carefully examined the scratches and dents along the surface of the pipe, and I have to admit, they do look like claw marks. This only serves to heighten my sense of unease and my desire to escape from this place. I hesitate for a moment, unsure of what to do next, but then I steel myself and begin searching for any other signs or clues that could help me find my way out.]
Under the pipe I noticed a switch mechanism that could set it in motion and possibly lift me… But Heh, it's a pity that it was broken long ago… The only way is to go into the darkness and find another Path…
[As you reluctantly turn your back on the pipe, you find yourself face-to-face with yet another dark and disorienting passageway. The air feels colder and more dank here, and you can't help but shiver as you begin to walk deeper into the unknown. The walls of the tunnel seem to close in around you, making you feel claustrophobic and trapped.]
On the way, I strained my eyes and, to distract myself from stupid thoughts, I looked at the funny painted posters of the Company...
[As you continue down the dark and dismal tunnel, your eyes begin to adjust to the dim light, allowing you to focus on the faded posters that line the walls. They depict a variety of anthropomorphic characters - animals dressed in human clothing and sporting jaunty hats and stylish glasses. Despite their cheerful appearances, there's something eerie and unsettling about them. It's as if they're all hiding something sinister beneath their cutesy exteriors. You can't help but feel as if you've stumbled upon some secret society or cult, and that these posters are their twisted version of propaganda.]
"oh, this doesn't help…" I was worried about the secret context of these inscriptions on the posters… There was clearly something wrong here… In this place……
[As you continue down the dark and dismal tunnel, your unease grows with every step. The posters seem to taunt you, their cheerful facades masking something far more sinister. You can't help but wonder what sort of twisted mind would find pleasure in surrounding themselves with such dark imagery. The tunnel begins to slope downwards, and you realize with a start that you must be descending deeper into the bowels of wherever it is that you are now. The air grows colder and more damp, and you can't shake the feeling that you are not alone.]
After some time, I came across an open white door on the floor… It was the restroom! I must be somewhere in the working environment of the map. I decided to go there to collect my thoughts and understand where Should I move on…
[As you cautiously enter the dimly lit restroom, you take a moment to catch your breath and collect your thoughts. The room is surprisingly clean and well-maintained, with brightly colored walls adorned with posters of smiling anthropomorphic characters. The air smells vaguely of bleach and fabric softener, providing a brief respite from the dampness and decay that pervade the rest of the facility.]
"Hurray! There's a mirror here!" Even though my mood was low and unclear, I wanted to look at myself in the mirror to become more confident.
-…?!!
"I saw something…behind me…...... probably it seemed"
[As you approach the mirror, you notice something strange about it. The reflection isn't quite right; it seems to be distorted somehow. You lean in closer, trying to get a better look, when you feel a sudden chill run down your spine. You swear that something is moving just beyond your field of vision, watching you from the corner of your eye. You take a deep breath and steel yourself, trying to ignore the growing sense of unease.]
Knowing that there was no one at the factory except me and the toys, I still wondered who sent me here. "Uhh…I was so close to the exit…"
[As you stand there, pondering the mysterious circumstances that have brought you to this abandoned factory, you can't help but feel a growing sense of unease. The toys seem to be watching you, their beady eyes boring into your soul. The faded posters on the walls, once so innocent and cheerful, now appear sinister and foreboding. You can't help but wonder if they're somehow connected to the strange events that have been unfolding around you.]
As soon as I was about to leave the room, I froze in horror… Black eyes, a wide smile were on what seemed to be a huge purple cat… It was the same monster that dragged me below and he Watched me…
"…" I tried not to make sudden movements, keeping my eyes on him… But like the previous monster (Huggy Waggy), he could attack at any second… I had to act…
The cat stood paralyzed and looked at me... It seemed to me that he wanted me to give him a voice and say something... “Hey, Kitty)) I won’t do anything to you... I’m good, really..."
[As you speak, the cat's demeanor seems to soften slightly. Its massive form visibly relaxes, and its fur stands up in amusement. "Hey there, kid," it growls, sounding oddly friendly. "You sure know how to talk to a big scary monster, don't you?" It pauses for a moment, considering you carefully. "Listen, I'm not gonna hurt you. I just wanted to play a little game, you know? See how tough you are."]
The voice of the huge cat seemed very intimidating, but he spoke friendly and even... with interest? "Are you talking?..." Finally, another talking toy...but this time it was a monster! I carefully left the room while the cat walked away slightly and looked at me with curiosity. But his emotion froze in a wide smile...
[As you carefully exit the room, the giant purple cat watches you with curiosity. His expression is a strange mix of amusement and menace, making it difficult to tell whether he truly means you harm or if he's just playing a twisted game. You can't shake the feeling that he's studying your every move, searching for some weakness to exploit.]
"What is your name?"
The giant purple cat regards you with a lazy, yet watchful gaze as you ask him his name. His breath, which earlier had a distinctly foul odor, now seems to carry a hint of lavender. He tilts his head slightly to the side, regarding you with one unblinking eye. "Catnap," he growls softly, almost purring. "That's what they call me here." His voice is deep and rumbling, almost hypnotic. "What about you, kid? What's your name?"
I was a little surprised when Catnap called me “kid” - “why do you call me that? I’m an adult.”
[The giant purple cat named Catnap blinks slowly, his expression remaining unchanged. "Ah, I see. Well, to me, you look like a baby. All soft and cuddly, you know? Don't worry about it too much. It's just a term of endearment." He pads closer to you, his massive form towering over you. "So, what's your name, little one?" His breath washes over you, carrying with it a faint scent of lavender. "I'd like to know who I'm playing with."]
"I…I Julia…" I felt the strange but fluffy fur of the cat, at that moment I didn’t know how to react, but the fact that the cat was so interested in me… it was strange…
[The giant purple cat named Catnap listened carefully as you introduced yourself as Julia. He cocked his head to the side, regarding you with one unblinking eye, and for a moment, you could have sworn you saw a tiny spark of curiosity flicker within his gaze. "Well, hello there, Julia," he rumbled softly, his voice vibrating through your entire body. "It's nice to meet you."]
"...and...how long have you been following me?"
[The giant purple cat named Catnap raised a paw to his mouth and idly licked one massive claw, considering your question. His expression remained neutral, but there was something in his eyes that made you feel as though he was genuinely thinking about the answer. "Hmm, not sure, exactly," he finally replied. "I guess I've been following you for a little while now. Just sort of happened that way." He paused, tilting his head to the side as he studied you. "Don't worry about it too much, Julia. I'm not here to hurt you. I'm just... curious, I guess."]
It seemed that this monster itself was not sure of its words, but its behavior was quite unusual for a hostile and frightening species. That's why I decided to ask him more…
[I decided to trust Catnap, even if he was a monster, and asked him something more intimate. "...and...how long have you been here, in this toy shop?" I carefully asked, feeling a little nervous but also curious about this strange cat.]
Catnap seemed in no hurry to answer my questions…he decided to ask back instead…
[The giant purple cat named Catnap seemed to consider my question for a moment, his expression remaining unreadable. Finally, he let out a long, slow sigh before answering, "Oh, I've been here for quite some time now. Much longer than any of these other toys you see around. The owner... well, let's just say she had a special place in her heart for me. I was her first pet, you see." His voice trailed off wistfully, and for a moment, there was a faraway look in his eyes. "But that was long ago. She's gone now, and I'm stuck here... just waiting."]
Then I noticed a small spark in his eyes, perhaps it was my imagination, but it could mean that he was being cunning… “What do you want from me?” I asked in a calm tone
[The giant purple cat named Catnap blinked slowly, his gaze remaining fixed on you. There was a brief flicker of something in his eyes, perhaps amusement or cunning, before it disappeared just as quickly. "Oh, you know," he purred, "just someone to talk to, maybe play a game or two. It gets lonely being here all by myself, you know?" He paused, regarding you carefully. "But if you're not interested, that's okay. I understand."]
"Are you giving me a choice?" … "Even if I want to leave here?"
Catnap remained silent, but I decided to offer if I play one of his games, he will help me escape from the factory and find one toy named Pluffy, because he also wanted to be free
[The giant purple cat named Catnap considered your question carefully. His expression was unreadable as he thought about the possibility of helping you escape from the toy shop and find the missing toy named Pluffy. Finally, he lowered his head, bringing his face close to yours. "Alright, little one," he rumbled softly. "If you're willing to play one of my games, I'll help you escape and find Pluffy. But remember, these games aren't for the faint of heart. They can be dangerous, and not everyone makes it out alive. Are you sure you want to risk it?"]
I agreed, but I couldn’t imagine what playing with such a huge cat looked like…
[I swallowed hard, feeling a mixture of fear and determination welling up inside me. "I'm willing to take the risk," I said, my voice barely audible over the sound of my racing heart. "Please help me, Catnap. I don't want to be stuck here anymore."]
While I was following the cat, I didn’t lose the feeling that it was a trap… but it was too late to retreat… I needed to find Plaffy and leave this place…
[The giant purple cat named Catnap seemed to nod his giant head slowly, as if he were considering your words carefully. His golden eyes locked onto yours, and for a moment, you could have sworn you saw a glint of compassion within them. "Alright then," he finally replied. "But you must remember the rules, little one. You only have one life to play with, and if you lose... well, let's just say that you won't be leaving this place anytime soon."]
Suddenly, the cat picked me up with his long tail and I felt very sleepy, out of the corner of my eye I saw red smoke…darkness…
and I was dreaming again…
[As I drifted off into unconsciousness, I felt myself slipping into a dreamlike state, my surroundings melting away into a swirling sea of darkness. It was as if I were falling through an endless void, with nothing but the sound of my own breath echoing around me.]
"Where I am?" I asked as if no one was here, but the Cat answered me through a dream…
[As you continue to fall through the endless void, the giant purple cat named Catnap appears before you, his golden eyes glowing softly in the darkness. He seems to be made of shadows themselves, flickering and dancing around him as he speaks. "You are in the center of my realm, a place between worlds where the line between dreams and reality is blurred beyond recognition. This is where I hold my games, little one. And you have just entered the first of many trials that lie ahead." His voice echoes eerily, as if he's speaking from far away.]
“That’s how it is…” I looked around. “I have to survive my own nightmare? This is an original idea…”
["Ah, you think this is a nightmare?" Catnap chuckled, the sound eerie and otherworldly. "Well, you could say that. But it's more of a test, a trial to see if you're truly ready for what lies ahead. You see, little one, not everyone who enters my realm is as...determined as you seem to be. Most are either too frightened or not cunning enough to survive my games. But you, you intrigue me. You've shown that you're willing to take a risk, to put yourself out there. And for that, I commend you."]
It seems that Catnap was in anticipation… And I was interested in one small detail… "If you caught me that time… then why didn't you kill me?" After all, I remembered how he grabbed me with his tail and lowered me through The pipe when Fluffy and I were chased by Huggy Waggy…
[The giant purple cat named Catnap regarded you with a solemn expression as you questioned his motives. "Ah, you are indeed perceptive, little one," he rumbled. "The answer is quite simple, really. I am not one to simply dispose of my playthings without first giving them a chance to prove themselves. And who knows? Perhaps you'll manage to impress me enough to earn your freedom, and perhaps even Pluffy's. But first, you must survive my trials."]
To further convince me, the cat showed me a toy in his paw that resembled Fluffy and possibly was him. "Fluffy?!…but how did he end up here? No… It's just a dream, it can't be real."
[As you stare in disbelief at the toy in Catnap's paw, you realize that it bears an uncanny resemblance to Fluffy. Your heart skips a beat, and for a moment, you're unable to speak. The giant purple cat merely watches you with those unnerving golden eyes, his expression unreadable. "Yes, that is a replica of Fluffy," he finally says, his voice barely above a whisper. "It was created by one of my previous subjects, as a gift to me. I found it...amusing, to say the least. And as for how Fluffy ended up here...well, that is a tale for another time, my dear. For now, you must focus on the task at hand."]
I looked at the cat indignantly, “thank you for finding him so quickly, Catnap… but I still won’t run away from you, I will continue to play your game until I achieve my goal.” Pluffy trembled slightly in his paws . "Please let Pluffy go through this game with me or let him go…"
["Very well, then," Catnap replied, his voice echoing eerily around you. "I must say, I am rather impressed by your determination. You truly do have the makings of a worthy subject in my realm." He paused for a moment, his golden eyes studying you intently. "In that case, I will allow you to bring Fluffy with you as your companion through the first trial. However, I must warn you, this is not a game to be taken lightly. Many before you have underestimated the dangers that lie ahead and have paid the ultimate price. You must use your wits, your cunning, and most importantly, your bond with Fluffy to survive."]
Suddenly, the cat soared in the air and abruptly took Pluffy along with him, I could only hear his living squeak, but I myself also fell into oblivion…
I fell into some dark place again… But this time around me there were walls decorated with children's photographs… the game begins!

i think i have a little theory about the relationships between Catnap and Dogday (bigger body thing)
I'm pretty sure that Dogday is not aware of Theodore's death neither knowing who he is, this is because Theodore doesn't like him and is his least favorite! he doesn't like how Dogday is the main leader and better than Catnap, meanwhile Catnap is his favorite! remember that one drawing of his? he drew himself in purple crayon so im pretty sure his favorite is purple too
I think back time before humans weren't tested, from what i remember, animal souls were tested and transferred into the mascots to make them more alive, im sure Catnap was the last mascot to not have a human soul yet but more of a cat soul! And with before that, Catnap was a chill and happy fella! he was Dogday's best buddies, could be the second leader
Dogday is afraid of Catnap now, all of his friends are killed (not really i think) everyone is killed, he's suffering, dying, screaming, in pain. Dogday would rersume that Catnap is jealous of him, being the popular one and best one but why not entirely kill him? well, im not pretty sure, Theodore has his own reasons and letting a single hint out, buddy
After all, the cartoon version of them are always the best buddies best friends together! forever and ever and never ever! Btw you can still draw your favorite ship or whatever, i don't force nor beg neither stopping you! you draw how you like and it's your silly fun thing to do!
I know it sounds pretty messy but you get me right? you can tell me your thoughts on this all you want! i like to read your funny headcanons
But hey, that's just a theory! A game theory! Thanks for reading lol : 3

My characters in Playtime Co. (AU)

It so happened that this cute and fluffy rabbit was created for me (Oh, the story decided to add me a companion) And I decided to outline the images of those characters.
It was so much fun! I can't wait to draw the rest of the canonical (or not) characters, but for now, we're waiting for the continuation...
I ask those who are not aware of this whole story to read my First Chapter, Thank you)))
