I've been having The Hugh Jackman Brainrot© for a week now. It's like ruining my life but in reverse. My will to sing has returned stronger than ever, I'll probably return to the gym after 1+ year of hiatus and I'm looking for singing lessons in my area. I've even bought those stupid looking shirts from etsy that I found while searching for musical bootlegs. I don't know how I will explain them to my parents but at this point I don't really care. I can't belive Jackman is making me a less anxious and more spontaneous person.

Today's Adventure is that I, after an unintentional 13-hour power nap,

Got woken up at 6AM by a phone call from a friend stranded in Montana because of the heat wave and almost no cell service because of their crap provider.

I somehow summon a week's worth of spoons and in less than 30 minutes and 5 phone calls, get them

A hotel

An appointment with a mechanic from 2 states away

A perscription refilled from 2 states away

and A Pizza

Go me.

But then it's 8AM and there are unscheduled live humans at the door and while EVERGENCY MODE is still on, I have already blown through a ton of spoons, and also probably shouldn't meet whoever it is wearing just a pair of bootyshorts that say "CRYPTID" in Gothic Font on my ass.

So I greet them in those shorts and a T-shirt that I manage to put on both inside out and backwards

it is, Unfortunately, two UPS guys trying to deliver my other in-house friend's new phone except the new guy doesn't know how to operate the "sign for package" device, and the old guy that's supposed to be mentoring him is like, 92, deaf as a post, and doesn't actually know how to operate the device either.

when i get back inside, i discover that apparently the Corgi has learned how to open his kennel from the inside because he is now out of the kennel and waiting for me to come in.

he also has cat litter all over his face because while he was waiting for me he also learned how to open the baby gate to the cat's room and help himself to a cat shit breakfast.

He'll be fine

He's a cattle dog, they're legally required to have at least 1 really disgusting snack they love.

It takes me half an hour and three different software programs and goddamn wingdings to translate, but she has sent me the address and rules about masking and not wearing shoes inside.

I've been having Burrows brain rot for a week now. It's so amazing and has the potential for being one of the greatest fvn of all time. More people need to play it.

When I played Echo I never simped for Leo, unlike half of the readers. I quickly saw the red flags and noped out of it. But I can't believe my ass fell for FUCKING Mark. Compared to him, Leo is almost normal. In the end I discovered I'm not immune to the toxic red wolf charm. ✨ I can fix him ✨ 👨‍🦯.

My fave is Hiro tho. No one can dethrone the cute fox engie from my heart. And Colt lives in my head rent free, I'm surprised how much love he receives from the fans. Good for him, good for him.

(also it weirds me a bit that Ken and I have the same age)

I've broken my own promise. Yesterday I started playing Arches. I didn't want to wait another two months for the last update. I just finished it. I never had a piece of media making me feel stronger emotions than this, even stronger than Echo. I'm in a loss of words right now.

omgomgomg I'm so hyped for MOM! The fanservice level is unreal!! Also I will definitely build a deck around Thalia x Gitrog. It may not be the Abzan lifegain commander that I've been waiting for forever but at least it's not another counters/graveyard guy (no offense to Tayam, would build it just for its cuteness).

Yesterday I bought my first graphic tablet! I'm still figuring things out but I'm getting the hang if it. It's really fun! I think I've finally found something new to be passionate about after, like, two years. Drawing feels kinda therapeutic, and I can do it whitout anyone hearing me so I know I won't drop it for that reason (unlike singing and guitar).

Today I finished Echo after an intense week of gameplay. Fuuuuuuuuuck, I don't remember the last time something made me feel so many emotions in so few days. I really can't explain in words how it left me, so I won't. Also it's the first time I've read something in like, two years, so that was nice. I will read The Smoke Room and Arches only when they are done. I want to read Arches sooooooo fucking bad after I saw the character designs, I love them, Cameron is already my favorite.
