List down 10 things you’re grateful for. From working ear pieces to hugs , we all should remember the little things

Get your groove on and shake it up in your house ! Sing along to some feel good songs and if you haven’t got any , why not sit down and smile while listening to a new song ?

Eat something . Something that reminds you of when you were happy .something to warm your belly . Or something small, like a packet of gummy bears

Drink some water . Water !!is !! Important !! Odd way of thinking but imagine yourself as a water balloon. water balloons can do fun things .Empty balloons are a little sad (bad comparison but you get the idea don’t you)

Pull out some good old crack videos . Whether you’re a kpop fan with a good supply of crack from your emotional support kpop group or just someone who loves Vine ,pull out something to watch some good old funny videos and don’t restrain your laugh

Write about how you feel in a diary entry or make a tumblr post about it (but don’t post it ! Save it as a draft and revisit the post later )

A Hongjoong appreciation post

Our dear leader is works so hard for us and he recently made a cover of the song ‘Purple Rain’ which inspired me to make an appreciation post as he does so much for us but we haven't done much for him !

Here are some things we should appreciate about Hongjoong ; add more please!

He works extremely hard for us and overworks himself . He deserves rest !

His creativity is unmatched!

He writes such inspirational lyrics that warm the heart

He cares so much about the people around him and atiny .He thinks of his members as his family and loves them so . He scolds them so that they improve and love them very dearly .

He is extremely talented and is , and I quote , “good at all positions!”

He sacrificed a lot to get where he is now . He spent a lot of time ,and still does , in the studio and rarely went to school

He is always giving his best and putting his 100% into everything. He's learning English and contemporary dance currently (as sources say) and constantly tries to better himself

He puts so much trust in us and tells us it's okay that they don't have a big fandom in South Korea or that they didn't get any wins 💖☹️

He's someone who'll always try to keep to his promises—from the visit to the fortune teller

He's the sweetest and softest angel ever ! He writes so many precious songs for us , cries while writing some of these and deserves so much love!

All in all , the message of this post is simple : we should appreciate Hongjoong more and live him infinitely for his beautiful soul

Reasons to appreciate and love Ateez !

They give their all in every stage—from the sweat on their faces , to the overwhelming energy whether the stage is their first of last . You can't beat Ateez when it comes to stage presence because of how much passion they have for what they do.

They write so many songs for atiny— 'From' , 'Star 1117' and 'Aurora' are some of the songs they've composed for atiny and the lyrics are amazingly sweet and adorable. In fact , just to remind us how much they loves us , today the 17th of April , Ateez had a special stage where they performed From for the first time . From was a song from their predebut days and if you pay attention , you'll realise the subs for the performance are handwritten and at the end , there are small notes from each member . They really really love Atiny

They know they're amazing . The confidence they have , the aura they radiate : It's all perfection . Like I've said before , they really give their all in every performance and they don't let setbacks and mistakes hold them back but rather persevere .

They're songs have great meaning. Sunrise is a great example , Mist as well . Both are songs that show Ateez's pain and thoughts as they went through their trainee period and when they had just debut until now , their anxiety and uncertainties about the future expressed through beautiful lyrics and vocals

They participate in great campaigns . The leader of Ateez , Kim Hongjoong , participates in the polished man campaign which aims to raise awareness on child abuse. He has also worn the occasional red string around his wrist and a yellow wristband , even a ring to support LGBT . Yunho has also participated by painting his nails .

They work very hard ; too hard really . So hard that Hongjoong rarely even comes home from his studio and yet their fanbase in Korea is extremely tiny . Their music spans over a variety of genres , honestly band are , in truth , masterpieces. Why not check them out with you aren't an Atiny already ?
