Friday December 17th, 2021. I almost don’t know what to say today, shocking I know 😜. This is our last weekend with the Food truck for the season. Does it feel to anyone else like we went through a time warp, through a worm hole, skipped a couple years and now it’s going to be 2022???? What a wild ride it’s been. It’s not over, the truck will be back in the spring. In the meantime we will still be making take and bake meals for purchase online and through the food hub. We have soooo much work to do over the winter as we prepare to open the doors on our new brick and mortar, Blue Heron Bistro @blueheronlopez in the heart of the village (formerly Bucky’s) So here’s the truck schedule for this weekend. Come say hi and let us feed you. Today: Burger Friday at Blossom 11-3. Then we head on over to @sootandbone from 4-7 for the Artist Market and serve more burgers.
