After everyone got their new Zeo powers and new colors, the boys did a big colored clothing swap. Rocky gave Tommy his old red clothes, Billy gave Rocky his blue clothes, Tommy gave Adam his old green clothes that he had in storage, and Tommy and Adam gave Billy their white and black clothes, respectively.

Everyone assumes that Billy and Skull's childhood friendship was either just something that fell apart as they aged or probably Skull's fault. But in actuality, the more attention Billy got as a genius, the more he noticed the attention Skull got as someone "he shouldn't hang out with/who would drag him down/who wasn't good for him" and became embarrassed about it. About him. Billy broke Skull's heart when he started ignoring him, but who would believe that anything, ever, would be Billy's fault? (Boom! Comics: GGPR headcanon)

Had they but lived, Daniel & Jamie & Nikolai of the 1969 Ranger Team probably would have gotten on best with each other after a fashion. Daniel was a Cowlitz member on his mother's side and grew up in a half-way house in Brooklyn with his Japanese/French artist father learning about as many languages as he came across; Jamie was a Sylheti-Romani English woman who didn't speak many languages, but did learn to understand them after having hopped around on tour with her band; Nikolai was born and bred Russian, with a stubborn streak from living among spies most of his life, but could appreciate music and art like anybody with a pulse. Also, Grace and Terona don't drink, so the ribbing they would have endured...yikes. (Boom! Comics headcanon)

(Not a headcanon) About Super Sentai and Power Rangers, it's interesting that while Power Rangers is lighter then Super Sentai in some ways (by removing the blood and some or many of the deaths), it's also edger then Super Sentai in some ways (by removing the silly humor). The best way (IMO) to describe the differences between Super Sentai and Power Rangers is that Super Sentai is "Darker and Softer" and Power Rangers is "Lighter and Edger". Thoughts?

In all honesty I haven't seen much Sentai so I'm not sure how much blood/death there is, but I do think the Saban and Disney series felt like a solid blend of light and edgy!

I haven't seen the latest Neo-Saban series but I feel like the Neo-Saban era PR in general has taken the "edge" out of the balance to focus more on lighthearted antics, which is a shame.
