I've been lifting n working on my arms lately so some of the weight I've gained is muscle bc I didn't stop restricting I just had a few weeks that I tried to eat semi normal bc me n my bff were spending more time together n she'd stay the night and every morning I would vomit from starving for days and she got worried but now that she's gone I can go back to normal. I'm really upset that I lost my progress just for the reason to not matter in the end. But now I'm also fueled by revenge bc she's been tryna lose weight too so I'm gonna go back to school super skinny after break >:[
Since it's fall going on jogs n walks will be easier too, bc running n going on walks in my binder while it's like 90 degrees Fahrenheit is no fun.

havent been active bc i was tryna focus more on saving my friendship rather than restricing but me n my bff stopped being friends anyways and it's been overwhelming but now that it's fall break Im ready to start focusing on restricting n starving again.
Ive gained like 10 lbs tho which could be a lot worse so all that I need to do now is get back into my routine and everything so hopefully I'll be back. I'm gonna find a new diet to follow but Saturday and Next Wednesday will be metabolim days bc it's my bday and bday party n we/re going out of town so ill be stuck with family and theyll catch on if i dont eat on those days. I'll try to have one meal those days but it all depends on how it goes.

I have a pinterest board full of disgusting/cursed foods so if I get hungry during a fast or low res day I can look at them n ruin my appetite and I look at pics of moldy or gross pics of my fav foods daily so that I can only imagine that food being disgusting n don't binge :>

I track all my stats n daily shit in my notebook so sorry I'm rarely on here I'm barely on my phone :/
But yesterday my net was 155 cals and my limit was 600 n today my net was 82 cals, I might take a walk later tho so it may go down, and my limit was 550 :>
My scale ran out of battery and I just replaced them today but I haven't checked my weight in a bit bc of that but hopefully I've lost some more weight :]

I've been sick n throwing up gor the past two days, I decided to finish off my current diet instead of starting a low res one until I'm better, which is now. I've stayed within the 450-500 limit yesterday n today n basically only had water yesterday bc I felt too sick to eat but today I felt better n had 500 cals but was only able to 86.9 cals
Tomorrow I'm gonna fast n then start a low res diet tho! :>

Ate a 240 donut but i burned 251 cals n had a mini cucumber, a rice cake, and a lil seaweed so that's like 99 cals then I had a big sugar free redbull n a normal sugar free red bull so thats 144, then my mom gave me an ice cream cupcake n I felt bad saying no so that's 294 calories n my limit was 300 :3
I went shopping today n wanna tell yall what all I got
4 pack of sugar free Red Bull - 20 cals per can
Apple gogo squeeze - 70 cals per pouch
Veggie tray - 80 cals per serving
Lightly salted Rice cakes - 35 cals per cake
Sea salt seaweed snacks - 20 cals each
Veggie dino nuggets - 200 cals per serving, serving size is 5 pieces
Veggie patties for burgers tmr - 100 cals per patty
2 strawberry Parfaits w/ vanilla and granola - 260 cals each
Caramel rice crisps - 110 cals per serving, serving is 16 pieces
Also some Mango but I didn't like it n only got it for when im high :3
I had a donut today but it was 250 cals n I've burned 144 so I've had 105 cals today. My limit is 300 cals today.
Also I'm going to a skate park for the first time tmr I'm so exciteddd. Also I got a 64 oz water bottle the other day n broke it yesterday on accident amd I still have my old one but it's smaller n idk how many oz it is

I love smoking 🍃 and not binging due to munchies anymore I'd be sitting here sobbing bc I got high n had like a whole box of honey buns or smth
My secret is putting low cal snacks, fruits n water bottles around my area before I get high or leaving stuff like protein bars n water bottles in areas i smoke in case i forget to grab snacks i have backups :3, once I get comfy while high I do not get up until I'm no longer high or I'm waking up lol, my friend gets up to make food no matter what we have around us when high tho so may not work for everyone actually
