What are your eating habits?
Nothing too fancy. I jumped on the oatmeal bandwagon because I prefer a warm breakfast. Only thing I add is cinnamon and some raisins. Lunch is usually more high in protein (eggs, curd) combined with vegetables or fruit. Dinner is a bit tricky, because my main pitfall would be the quantity, not the quality. I know I'm a big eater, so I make sure I don't cook too much, or package the leftovers right away. Dinner itself is pretty normal, just a regular amount of carbs, protein and fat. But if I were to hit a plateau I would probably trade in some carbs for protein. My inbetween snacks consist of nuts, fruit, maybe a boiled egg or something.
Hah, this sounds totally boring. I use a shitload of spices and garlic though. You may notice an increase of personal space, it's amazing.

From 100.6kg (222lbs) to 95.2kg (210lbs). I'm 6'1"(1.86m)
I'm just going to say I lost 12 pounds instead of 5 kilograms, because it sounds way better. Bless you, U.S. measurements.
