Tsumugi Shirogane dropped out of high school in freshmen year and joined Team Danganronpa as an assistant. Technically it’s illegal for the company to hire minors, but she was so willing they figured they could bend a few rules. Tsumugi mostly runs around delivering coffee and filling out papers for the hire ups, and doesn’t have any influence on the show. She’s been working for the last two years.

Kiibo Idabashii, although certainly not the CEO, is in line to be one of the top executives at Team Danganronpa. The Idabashii family has been working at TDR for a few generations and he’s next in line to take over. They’ve always helped with the technology side of the team’s work, being scientifically savvy, and Kiibo first began helping with some in-game communications on V2. He’s set to help run season 53 in a few months.

...Now, I wonder what these two think of Danganronpa?

Mod Notes: Whew! Finally, thanks for the ask, these took a while to design. To answer the actual question, Kiibo is a full two years old than the rest of the cast and already graduated (they’re currently juniors and seniors.) And yes, he’s meant to be taller than his game self. Feel free to ask more details about these two!
