I think Dominik is crashing out becuase of multiple reasons, one being that he's not actually in love with Borka (in this AU!), second that this will mean arpund a year of missed games, and third his dad, who up until this point did everything to make sure there's nothing in his life but football. He tells Borka, I imagine and she's actually happy about it, she wanted Dominik bound to him by something that can't be ripped apart anyways, he asks about abortion maybe but she's absolutely against, she even confornta Dominik's father about it, that being their first fight since he arranged the relationship.

Dominik is conflicted about the situation for sometime, but he's determined to be a better parent to this child than his were to him.

Okay, in my vision Andy and Virgil are a couple by the time Ali arrives in the summer of 2018, but they aren't public about it.

Ali being our bi diva falls for Virgil, and a few months into their friendship he goes over to Virgil's place to talk about it. He gathered all his willpower and confesses before Virgil can do much more than let him into the hall.

Virgil is so damn conflicted because on one hand he doesn't want to hurt Ali's feelings, on the other hand Andy is literally in preheat at his bedroom. Long story short the both of them end up helping Andy through his heat then have a long talk about and they decide to give a chance to the three of them.
