Sadness. Some dear friends of mine got into a big argument today and I don’t know how to help fix things.

I know some things can’t be fixed except by moving on and leaving the wreckage behind. Sometimes, eventually, new life moves into the wreckage and it becomes an artificial reef: different from what it once was, but alive again and filled with wonder.

Sometimes the wreckage gets buried in sediment, and dug out in a few thousand years. But how could future archaeologists reconstruct a disaster when I’m not even sure exactly what happened and I’m here right now?

Sometimes the wreckage is just abandoned, the ashes blowing away in the wind until you couldn’t tell anything was ever there. I don’t want that to happen.

Sometimes the wreckage isn’t as bad as things look at first glance, and the building can be repaired, healed, even improved. That’s what I’m hoping for, but I don’t know what to do to help that possibility become the reality.

Will draw: body horror, some gore, furries probably, yes I’ll draw your OCs because they’re beautiful and lovely Would rather not: NSFW or heavy gore - while I will draw these, they will be more expensive, and price is on application.

I accept Paypal and (apart from the pencil sketches) require half-payment upfront, half after I’ve finished drawing.

A reference or two and a description of what you want me to draw would be great before I get started. Links to, say, a Tumblr tag, imgur album or Pinterest board containing art of your character(s) would work fine, too.

You’ll get to see the sketch and request changes, at no extra charge, before I start adding the colour. Obviously, this doesn’t apply for pencil sketches.

Overly complex designs will be simplified (I will check with you that you’re ok with the simplified design)

Light NSFW is ok and means “As long as there is no dick in the picture, it’s ok”

OCs, animals and anthro are OK

I will post your comission on my blog and may use it for my portfolio, if you’re not ok with it, please tell me about it beforehand.

Please, do not use your comission to make money. (If you want to use the picture in a video or something, it would be nice to tell me about it but you don’t have to do it.)

I reserve the right to refuse a comssion if I don’t feel confortable doing it/feel like I don’t have the skills to do it.

Depending on the amount of work I have, a comission can take a month to be done. More if it’s a comic.

What I love about the bathtub in hell is Aziraphale, surrounded by decay and hatred, Aziraphale, delicate, decadent, leaning back to splash a little, scare them a little, making himself comfortable and everyone else uncomfortable by it. Aziraphale, demanding the embarrassment of homely earthy things like towels and ducks. Aziraphale weaponizing the person he’s become on earth, the person he’s discovered as himself, and doing it deliberately. He is not mortal, but he is human by association, and they have no idea how to deal with that—have never had to defeat laughter in the face of power, and Aziraphale is laughing at them. He is discovering that softness is his strength.

Tried to go to bed early after a full day of watching streams, and instead I had a dream about breaking quarantine to visit the Brothers Meredith and Amy. For some reason, my parents were also there: Amy helped my mom dye her hair navy blue, and my dad just sat and laughed as we all got increasingly drunk on avation cocktails (the ones with gin and violet liqueur) and drove golf carts around the Satisfactory planet.

We were going to call over Mike and Anil, but the former was still dealing with his disastrous new flat and the latter said he preferred his own cocktails at home to anything tim might make, thank you very much.

Also, for some reason, I had an olive pit up my nose the entire time.

Lessons learned: (1) a full day of RQ and RQ-adjacent streaming can be hazardous to your brain. (2) I’m not going to stop. (3) Rusty Quill folk have indeed taken over my brain and set up house.
