𝟓𝟎𝐬

“There’s no way!” She laughed, it had been two weeks since she had met Elvis, and every day since then they had been talking. Either on the phone, or she would come to one of his parties. She still couldn’t shake the feeling of him looking familiar, but when she pointed it out, elvis just brushed it off with a chuckle.

The thought of him looking familiar was very quickly abandoned, and she just decided to focus on him, since she knew he would be going back to the united states soon, she just wanted to make the best of it.

She was saddened when he told her he would be leaving soon, but he promised her that they would not lose contact, so that made it at least a little better. She found a friend, amongst a sea of horrible and arrogant people, and she was not ready to lose him.

“So what are you gonna do when you get back to the united states?” Noah asked curiously, gazing into his blue orbs that were so easy to drown in.

“I-i’m gonna be an actor. My manager already has a lot of gigs booked up for me so i’m going to be busy,” he paused for a moment, “but never too busy f’you.”

She smiled, “well i’m sure the Hollywood business is gonna eat you up, with your looks and personality, what’s not to love?”

And that was no lie, Elvis just had the kindest heart, and the most gentle touch. One of the most gorgeous smiles Noah had ever seen.

Yes, he would turn famous in a heartbeat, noah thought. “I’m gonna miss you, so much.” She whispered, still not once looking away from his eyes.

“There will be no missing me, i’m gonna call you twice a day, once at the very least. I could never disregard my girl.” His girl. Her stomach erupted into billions of butterflies. Had she maybe developed a little crush? Yes. But it didn’t matter, they were friends, and guys like Elvis, surely would forget about a girl like Noah without a second thought.

She glanced down, he could never be hers. She should accept that. Hollywood had lots of pretty girls, prettier than her. Noah felt fingers under her chin, lifting her head up. When she glazed into Elvis’ blue orbs, they were closer than Noah thought. She could feel his breath on her lips, and then..his lips on hers.

Even tho this was @vintagepresley first ever fanfic I love it so much! It’s my favourite of her fanfics it’s so amazing. She is such a good writer and is one of my favourites! She is also the sweetest person I’ve talked to on here and gives the best advice. I love her and her writing so much. ☺️

It’s officially August 16th which means today is the 46th year Elvis has been dead. I grew up knowing his classic songs such as Hound Dog, Jail House Rock and Can’t help falling in love. Two years ago I went to am elvis tribute artist and I went home and I opened TikTok and stared watching videos on him. A week later I ordered a book to know more about him and then I stated to grow to love him even more. Even though this is my third August 16th it doesn’t get better. I wish I could be at Graceland this August but unfortunately I can’t.
