My belly before and after brunch with friends this morning 🥞🍽

The food was amazing, but I definitely overdid it, I'm so bloated and full 🥵��� My friend who organised it ordered too many sides for the table and insisted we all eat as much of it as we can after she figured out she couldnt get them to pack up any leftovers, so I felt a bit pressured to eat waaaay more than I normally would. My tummy really wanted everyone else to know that it was struggling too, because at the end of brunch it let out a super loud unhappy gurgle that I'm so sure at least one of my friends heard, and I'm still so so embarrassed 😣

The second I got home, I unbuttoned my shorts to give my tummy more room. I managed to record some of the sounds my belly was making, and it felt so active under my hands.

About 40 seconds into the recording, there's a super noisy rush of gurgles that was really loud even without a mic (my bf heard all of that from across the living room, RIP me 💀), and while they kinda felt good because ✨️belly kink brain✨️ it was because of my upset tummy cramping up 😖

I still feel really yucky and have a stomachache that makes me wanna curl up and ask my bf for belly rubs and a hot water bottle, but I'm still under wraps with this kink, so I guess it'll just be me taking care of my bloated tummy 🥲
