How do you tell the people you love that even doing everything “right” in my life –eating healthy, working out, working, paying bills, being social, trying to be a good person– isn’t making me happy and that I feel miserable and helpless all the time? 😔 how do I tell them that sometimes I don’t feel strong enough to keep trying?
