Self care is a must! Prioritize your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self. Read books for additional knowledge and to exercise your imaginations. Avoid reading unnecessary news or posts on social media that might cause an increase of your anxiety or stress. Exercise for atleast 30 minutes to 1 hour to release all the negative aura and toxins inside your body. 🌼

I am too busy to check other people. I am giving them attention and time they needed. I always offer my hand and my ears to listen. I am always present in their lives. I always make it a point that they are alright. I always make sure that they have the reason to smile. I am very busy caring for other people.
And I almost forgot myself. I didn't noticed that I also needed someone who will listen to my stories. I am also longing for someone who will ask how's my day. I found myself looking for someone who will check on me from time to time. I am very busy for other people while myself is falling into pieces. I realized that I also needed someone who will help me to fix myself.
I think it's my duty.
To make other people happy. To let other people be okay. To make sure that someone is caring for them. And I am okay too with that. I think, I'm okay.

To whoever reading this: Your mental health natters. You are not weak. You are not rude. You are not insane. You are not lazy. You are not crazy. You are not your illness and it doesn't define you. Your feelings are valid. You are strong, enough, and brave. There is nothing to be ashamed of. It's okay to ask for a help!
Everyone you meet is fighting and struggling a battle you know nothing about. It is not hard to be kind all the time. Choose your words carefully and let them feel that they are not alone. Do not easily judge what you cannot understand.
