I found a candy called zotz's it's a hard shell candy surrounding a powdered center the powder in the center fizzese into a gaseous state it doesn't generate a lot of gas for each piece but if you swallow 50 or 60 whole as the outer coating dissolves and the inner powder releases it's fizz it bloats you up real well

I like to eat food mushed into a thickish paste so I can swallow it and fill my stomach with air to add some push and then massage my pyloric sphincter to open and release the undigested food directly into my intestines which slows digestion creates great loud noises and movements I can feel as it moves deeper and deeper down inside me gurgling and growling it's way down my bowel creating temporary bowel obstructions every 15 minutes I swallow more air so as each pocket of air catches up to the food there's another round of noise and by then the intestinal contractions are super strong trying to clear the blockage the air working it's noisey way past will break it loose and I get a sudden very hard forward surge as the obstructing food travels deeper till it digests enough to flow without obstruction. I've been experimenting with different foods, quantities and thicknesses so far I had found 4 to 5 slices of deli turkey mushed to the consistency of mashed potatoes to be great just moist enough to clump but dry enough to be hard to move. On Sunday evening I tried a larger quantity and a thicker consistency alittle over a 1/4 pound of smoked turkey the consistency of peanut butter I added air and opened my sphincter over the next 15 to 20 minutes I could feel the sphincter cycling open delivering part of the completely undigested food directly into my intestines until my stomach was empty. The first thing I noticed was it took a good bit more air to help the intestinal contractions move the food further down inside me with really nice hard movements cramping and wonderfully loud noises as the air would work past the food when it would temporarily obstruct my bowel it worked great with incredible movements and noises around 5 hours in and 12 stomachs full of air it felt like it had traveled down 4 or 5 feet down inside me but I noticed no matter how much more air I pushed down I had some noises but no movement my bowel has been obstructed since about 2am Sunday and the contractions and cramps have been getting stronger and more often varying from uncomfortable to fairly painful with hours in between when some air will break it loose and it moves a few inches. It's 7:45 on Tuesday and the movements are finally becoming more regular the contractions, cramping and movement's are still extremely hard and so deep inside me when the sudden hard cramp and movement hits it rattles my bowel like something is shaking it it feels wonderful now but I was quite worried and hurting for over 48 hours so I'm going back to less thickness

There's a muscle that connects your stomach to your intestines called the pyloric sphincter. Normally it retains food in the stomach until it is partially digested into a thickish liquid (chyme) and then opens to allow the chyme to flow into the intestines. I've found a couple of ways the pyloric sphincter can be triggered to release to allow passage of air and or water and or soft completely undigested food resulting in a variety of interesting effects.
The pyloric sphincter is located about 2 inches above and 2 to 3 inches to your right side of the belly button it's triggered by the body to open several ways and we can use two of those ways to help open it the muscle can be trained to release by massaging in a circular motion with medium pressure on the sphincter. It's easiest to start training the sphincter to open with an empty stomach drink 16 Oz of water and swallow the stomach full of air begin to massage the pyloric sphincter until it opens and allows the air and water to go directly into your intestines. At first it can take some time to get the sphincter to open and it can take multiple openings and closings to empty the stomach when empty repeat with another 16oz of water and air. For myself and my girl it took twice a day morning and before dinner for 5 days for me but 2 weeks for her and by then we could both get the sphincter to open almost on demand and can now fill our intestines and stomach by swallowing air. This method used without the water can also be used to fool the sphincter into allowing several cups of completely undigested soft foods like oatmeal, pudding, etc into the intestines without being pre digested into chyme this makes digestion in the intestine take longer so the food stays more solid so you feel and hear it moving much deeper into your bowels and in some cases you can feel it very deep down inside you as it follows the twists and turns moving thru your bowel it gives some very unique feelings that are hard to describe.
Another way the body triggers the sphincter is by elevated acid levels of the stomach juices so some what firmer foods you can add liquids to without dilution (scrambled eggs, noodles ect) can be swallowed and by adding an acidic liquid like lemon juice and massaging the sphincter to open and allow the undigested food directly into the intestines. A more solid food gives more noticeable movements and can be felt traveling much deeper into your bowel. Movement is usually preceded by some reasonable cramping as the intestines try to move it forward followed by a hard surge of motion as it follows the twisting down thru the bowel.
As an addition through expirimentation many other foods may be acidic enough to work tomato based spaghetti sauce works well as I suspect many other foods will

I keep expirimenting with different things to swallow to get as much noise and movements in my digestive system. The loudest sounds and movements seem to be caused by bowel obstructions they also give some wonderful cramps and contractions and some mild nausea. You need to be very careful with bowel obstructions they can easily land you in the ER or surgery so I experiment with digestable things that even if I get a complete obstruction it will eventually pass. I found some willy wallaby licorice on Amazon there about 2 inches long and a little over 1 inch in diameter. When they're fresh they're soft and chewy but left out they dry out and get hard and less easily dissolved so by swallowing them whole I can get nice long temporary bowel obstructions and when followed by food and air about an hour later it gives wonderful cramping and contractions along with all kinds of rumbling and grumbling noises without trips to the ER

I think I've found what seems for me to be the perfect combination to get long lasting loud abdominal noises along with fantastic movements inside my bowels. I swallowed nearly a quarter pound of ham ground to the consistency of mashed potatoes followed by a stomach full of air massaged past my pyloric sphincter undigested directly into my intestines and then followed by 3 gulps of air every 15 minutes for an hour then more ham and air repeat 3 times the food is thick enough to cause temporary bowel obstructions in different areas as it occasionally breaks free and moves deeper into my intestines when it forms an obstruction the air slowly working thru it makes incredible noises and the intestinal contractions get harder and harder getting tighter trying to move the blockage until finally with a hard mildly painful cramping it will break free and surge deeper with a force that shakes my intestines hard enough to be felt through my skin by my wife and I feel it internally like something alive is slowly crawling deeper and deeper down inside of me as the food continues to create temporary obstructions that move deeper until the food digests enough it moves more freely and depending on the cositancy and quantity of the food and air the effect can be tailored to last from 6 hours to nearby 24 hours. I just have to be a little careful about the thickness I over did a session with the consistency of peanut butter and the mixture was thick enough it caused an obstruction that lasted around 48 hours it just wouldn't budge I had some pretty painful moments of cramping off and on for many hours before it finally broke loose but I still had intermittent obstructions with mildly painful cramps for hours
