"LA DEMOCRACIA EN CHILE EN LA ACTUALIDAD "

Democracy worldwide has always been a topic of debate when it is integrated into political and social life, the people in charge of being representatives are involved in situations that decrease confidence in the system and those who establish it, it is easy to look through statistics such as "democracy full in world 2021" to know which countries are approaching a full /correct democracy. Chile was ranked 21st globally, but with the plebiscite for a new constitution for the country after the 2019 protests, it rose 4 places to 17. It is the youth who have an interest in improving democracy, the participation of adults of voting age is 40 to 50 %, it is a contradiction to say that you are in a democracy when half of the country has no interest in it.

La democracia actual en Chile ha mejorado pero aun así el sistema es deficiente con muchas grietas en ella , siendo la corrupción una de las más grandes quedando en evidencias muchas veces , lo cual quita el interés de todas las generaciones y se ve reflejado en el decrecimiento de la participación ciudadana . En el año 2016 la participación ciudadana fue de 34,6% , en 2017 las elecciones presidenciales a nivel nacional fue de solo el 46,6% ,más de la mitad del país no eligió ningún candidato ni se molestaron en ir a votar , por otro lado también es preocupante el hecho de quienes fueron a votar muy pocos( por debajo de la mayoría ) tenían conocimientos sobre las propuestas ,reformas expresadas o partido político al que pertenecían . La causa es una de las razones pasadas de abuelos a padres y por ultimo hijos “todos los políticos mienten” , “nunca cumplen lo que prometen “,”no tengo tiempo para votar por algo que no va cambiar nada”.”quien sea que esté a cargo igual se debe trabajar para sobrevivir” son algunas de las frases que debemos haber escuchado cercana a cualquier elección de autoridades/representantes ,esto causado por la pérdida de confianza en las figuras de autoridad y a la vez fomenta el crecimiento de no sufragar. En el año 2019 (el despertar de Chile) , quienes se manifestaron primero fueron en su mayoría adolescentes , luego se unieron personas de diferentes edades y sectores económicos al movimiento , en el cual se pedía modificar la constitución vigente para una mejor administración y transparencia en la democracia , pero en el año 2020 después del esfuerzo , la asistencia a las asambleas constituyentes ( en la cual los ciudadanos podían dar ideas o plantear las situaciones sociales a resolver ) fue baja . Actualmente en 2021 no se ha aprobado la nueva constitución, estando sujeta a cambios, desplazada su fecha de aprobación por las condiciones sanitarias debido a el covid-19 y escándalos de los mismos constituyentes provocando la pérdida de interés , fe ,reputación y aprobación por parte de los chilenos a las figuras que se supone representan tanto ideologías individuales como sociales .

EUTANASIA VS DERECHO A LA VIDA

Euthanasia is used by patients who have/suffer from terminal illnesses with very painful symptoms that do not have the treatment of adequate sedatives to apply to their bodies, in Chile it is included in the list of countries that do not support or apply euthanasia in people unlike countries like Canada and New Zealand, people can access it when it is necessary to give a break to their parents, children, grandparents or uncles and aunts.This practice in its two forms should be legal worldwide to avoid the suffering of our relatives, if they themselves decide do it.

A nivel mundial la eutanasia atenta contra el derecho de la vida , "Todo individuo tiene derecho a la vida, a la libertad y a la seguridad de su persona" establecido por la ONU y en especial en Chile “ El derecho a la vida y a la integridad física y psíquica de la persona.” por eventos ocurridos en el pasado .debemos tener conocimiento de las formas en la cual esta clasificada ; Eutanasia Pasiva es aquella que se hace abandono en el tratamiento iniciado , evitando intervenir en el proceso hacia la muerte y Eutanasia Activa en donde se provoca la muerte mediante acciones dirigidas a acortar o suprimir el curso vital.

Es una debate el cual no ha llegado a un acuerdo por quienes estan en contra de la legalizacion o a su favor , no está permitido bajo ninguna causal diferente en el caso del aborto , la oposicion es muy grande a el permiso de practica bajo cualquier aspecto , entre ellos la mayoria son motivos religiosos ya que en muchas creencias esta mal visto , prohibido , visto como asesinato o suicidio al interrumpir la vida por decision propia . Sin embargo son muchos los casos de personas con enfermedades terminales o graves en las que para el cuerpo es muy doloroso , quienes piden la autorización para terminar sus vidas con la eutanasia , este año su discusion a incrementado :

Cecilia Heyden un paciente en etapa terminal cáncer metastásico , lupus y un trastorno sanguíneo , fue desahuciada , ningún tratamiento puede mejorar su condición o disminuir sus dolores .

Paulina Diaz una joven de 19 años sufrió por más de cuatro años y, en forma creciente, Paula ha presentado movimientos involuntarios, pérdida de conciencia, parálisis de sus extremidades y, sobre todo, un dolor que la joven califica de insoportable.

Liliana Ortiz padece cáncer de mama alrededor de dos años , uso sedación paliativa ,reabrio discusion sobre la aprobacion de la eutanasia en Chile .

La oposición en Chile es fuerte contra el uso de una “muerte digna” aun cuando es necesaria para reducir el dolor de aquellos quienes no tienen ninguna esperanza de vida , las personas muchas veces viajan hacia otros países como Canadá , Países Bajos , Luxemburgo , Bélgica , Colombia , Nueva Zelanda donde se practica la eutanasia Pasiva , buscando la manera de acabar con su dolor .

(first of all,I read the whole season 1 by fan translations, it's a very good comic is not the typical romance, elios you could say that his personality is a little psychopath, does not understand feelings well and Sarah will learn that people should not be treated differently or incapable just because of their physical conditions, I'm happy 'cause webtoon has it in "originals" so that more people know it).
