But fr I’ve recently realized that the reason one of my longest and strongest friendships has started to deteriorate is *probably* bc we have two completely different mindsets. I feel like I can’t stop growing if I tried, even if it’s hard. It’s like an itch I can’t scratch.

And she has reached 20, has a stable-ish career, and is content to stick to that.

Nothing wrong with contentedness, but I don’t understand how people don’t go insane not trying to do better, BE better.

So yeah, give em to me, I’ll take em.
