Here’s the complete turn around of Scim’s grandfather. H.A. has been working really hard on these turn arounds, and once she gets the beginning characters done, we can start working on episodes of Lilies and Daggers.

Working on more characters for Lilies and Daggers. This is Scim’s grandfather. I keep forgetting his name. LOL. He will always be Scim’s grandfather to me.

Wow, Scimitar is looking good. H.A. is working hard on the face turn-arounds for all the characters in the first couple of episodes before working on panels. I’m really excited about seeing the different characters come to life. I have been sitting on this story for a long time. It is starting to feel real to me. Keep a look out for Lilies and Daggers coming out sometime this year.

H. A. and I are getting ready for the debut of a new webcomic titled “Lilies and Daggers,” coming soon to Webtoons. It will be written by me and drawn by H.A. (colored and shaded by me). This is one of the protagonists, Scimitar (Scim). We’re hoping to have it up sometime this year. Heather is really busy, so I’ll be posting a lot of her art for a while. Here’s an example of her high quality sketches. I’m always amazed at the detail she puts into her drawings. Sometimes I get mad at how much detail she puts in it because I have to color and shade for her. LOL

This is the princess character in her new comic that’s going to be submitted soon on Webtoons for the short story contest. She still hasn’t chosen a name, but she still has fourteen days. Yes, I’m counting down.

Here’s what we’ve been up to. Heather is off hiatus with Bittersweet, and is posting again. At the same time, she’s working on an entry for the short story contest held by Webtoons. 

As for me, I’m being supportive, coloring Bittersweet and even drawing a few omake’s so Heather can concentrate on the contest. We joke that I’m Heather’s manager.

But I’m also working on my own webcomic. Here’s the finished title. A Fool’s Romance is a story about a man who is tricked into being a king’s jester and ends up falling in love with...well, that would be telling.

The ink of Pg 1 of Momotaro. Normally I’m not too happy with my inking, but I felt this turned out well. :)

Just to prove we are still working on Momotaro, this is a picture of the Princess (well, she’s the daughter of a province lord during the Nara period, but it’s easier to say ‘princess’).

Kind of a combination of the Frog Prince and the Prince and the Pauper... with a twist, of course. This guy is actually fast becoming one of my favorite characters.
