"Someone died", I said in front of everyone in the dining. Yes, the old man in the neighborhood just died but it's not him I'm pertaining to. It's me who died. It's the one with scorching passion and big dreams.

I sometimes wonder if it's me who killed that girl, or is it the cruel reality of this world. Was she even killed? Or did she willingly die on her own. Oh, we will never know.

Some realizations after rewatching Levanter again and rereading its lyrics. We don't need to keep finding or chasing the things from far away. We don't need to continuously seek for the 'key', we need to open our eyes and realize that the 'key' is inside us. It is within us. The key is ourselves.

Lemme put it in a situation, sometimes we think that opportunities from a different place or somewhere away is the better one to get us to our dreams, that the place you're in won't bring you anywhere, but you're just reading things wrong. Sometimes the more we seek the more we get lost. As I rewatched I realized that we just need to see things the other way.

We don't need to experience change, but we can be the change.

I was rewatching the album intros and I am currently at Intro:I am You. And I was again reminded of the FIRST reason why I love them. It's because I feel so understood. Their music understands me so much or more like their music helped me understand myself more during those times. I was and still am so grateful for knowing them. I fell for their music and fell harder for their personalities. I am so grateful to find 8 amazing people, and I found then exactly when I needed them the most.
