have u ever thought about drawing body horror of computers

I have! i never went like. full blood and guts inside the computer case ( if that's what you mean? or would it be fucked up wires and broken screens? it's difficult to get visceral horror across when the subject of the body horror is a computer) but i did some adjacent stuff :)

would it be fucked up if there was a miraculous image that appeared on your bedroom wall above your bed? and it started slowly eating the wall and everything around it, calling to you until you gave in and let yourself be eaten ? what if centuries later people built a church around that icon and it was still hungry?

have you ever thought about doing a creative project like a fake video game or magazine? like some larger collective work. if you had a bible of all your fleshy angels i would buy that shit immediately. add that Lore (if you have not heard of Vermis, that kind of vibe)

I'm working on a short, actual videogame but it's based on the magnus archives meat room guy so not really the same thing. I Have thought about doing something like that but it's been more of an idea than anything i'm actively working on at the moment. Sound fun to do though!

Also i am unfinished projects georg but i have enough material for that already that it seems more feasible than other stuff

i do like my orange-grey-brown-green colour palettes very much but i don't know if that's what make it slimy ┐⁠(⁠´⁠ー⁠｀⁠)⁠┌

the meat room one is very slimy in my opinion but it's more of a red-grey-yelllow-purple

the only consistent thing is that i almost never use blue? ig?

turns out if you use the mirrors to avoid the death balls and don't just try to dodge them it's a pretty straightforward fight

i have played blasphemous a few months ago and i'm now playing through blasphemous 2! they're great games! love the pointy helmets and the catholicism. And the parry mechanic. also the worldbuilding and the art.

It's a combination of 7-9 y/o me watching castle in the sky + nausicaa of the valley of the wind once, while sick, which i loved very very much but didn't know the name of so i couldn't watch again. So i tried to make art that scratched that same itch :)

(which at the time consisted mostly of variations of glowing crystals and mushrooms)

Also later on i saw bits of evangelion which is how i got into the whole weird angels thing!

and nowadays i take inspiration from a bunch of stuff i find cool and that kinda makes me feel like when i first watched these films/tv series :D

(like the magnus archives, blasphemous, fear and hunger, pathologic, discover my body etc)
