✨ He never sent them on the course and instead banged a 23 y/o employee/colleague who’s gone on an AWFUL spiral since (he’s married and we also work with his kid ) ✨

I’ve spent the last 5 years at work being demonised and punished for going after managers that committed near-constant sexual assault on staff and my DM telling me that sending them on a training course would be judgemental.

My new boss just apologised for the way I was treated, said I was right all along and he’s sending them on the course.

Speak up and it will eventually make a difference. No matter how shitty it feels, doing the right thing is so important.
