Sorry to like vent all of a sudden but I'm so fucking mad with Dollar General right now. They cut my hours down to 14 a week!! I've been working my ass off here for almost 3 years now, been at this store the longest out of my current coworkers, survived 7 management changes and this is the thanks I get?!? I haven't even gotten a raise since 2023!! For context, I'm a lead sale associate and make $11 per hour. But I don't even have my own personal store key cause no one has bothered to make any new ones!! So whenever I open the store, I gotta borrow someone else's key. Yall I am so tired I hate this company
